Following several exchanges via email and phone, they scheduled a team of two cleaners to come to my home for an initial cleaning, which was intended to be repeated bi-weekly. When the team arrived, their demeanor felt uncomfortable from the beginning. They seemed somewhat cold and distant, and I felt as though they were looking down on me. While my home certainly needed routine cleaning, such as vacuuming and dusting - it was not cluttered or excessively dirty. There were no conditions that could reasonably be described as hazardous or unsanitary. I asked the team to use my personal vacuum cleaner rather than one brought from other homes, as I prefer not to use equipment that may have been used in houses with pets or children. I also have a high-quality vacuum cleaner that works very well. They agreed and began cleaning, though their reserved behavior continued. At first, I assumed they were simply quiet or reserved by nature. However, the situation changed when one of the cleaners entered my bedroom and saw a photograph of my stepdaughter, who is Black. For context, I am Asian. After seeing the photograph, the cleaner suddenly said, "I can't deal with this. I can't do this." When I asked what she meant and requested clarification, she simply said, "All of this," and walked out of my home. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Jennifer from the company, who said, "I'm so sorry, it didn't work out. This is more than we were expecting." Because the cleaning was not completed, I asked about the charges, and they assured me that I would not be billed. The behavior of the cleaning team was shocking and deeply upsetting. I left the interaction feeling as though I had somehow done something wrong, even though I had done nothing inappropriate. After this experience, I contacted Two Maids, and Ivette coordinated a team to come to my home. Their team was kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment they arrived. They had no issues using my vacuum cleaner, in fact, they complimented it. They cleaned my home thoroughly from top to bottom. I was extremely pleased with their service. She stated she did not have sufficient staff to come at the pre-arranged time but would try to find help to come later and would call in 2 hours. 3 hours later without a response, I called back and she said she might be able to come the next day -which was the day of the party and too late to be of use. She agreed to return my deposit the following week. After several weeks and no refund, Paypal took over the dispute and credited my paypal account $200. To be fair, she also offered a free hour of cleaning for the inconvenience but what's the point of scheduling if no one shows up?

I was honestly a little skeptical since Pierre didn't have any Yelp reviews but he was very responsive via Yelp's messaging and the other people that responded said "Please check our webpage" and that was it. So far so good. I then checked him out on google and found he had some reviews there, all good there. So I booked him. To give a little back gound our car inside was *dirty*. We have two kids under 5 and it seems they make it a mission to make the back seat as dirty as possible. Chips dumped everywhere, mud/snow, yogurt, footprints on the doors and back of seats, baby vomit etc you name it our poor new car has seen it since we got it last year. The floor mats were soiled with dried snow and mud. So day of the service Pierre's communication was top notch, he texted that he was running about 15 min late but when he arrived he was all business while still being super nice. He wore a mask when I was showing him the car, which i appreciated. He also was very thorough. He quoted 4 hours, but due to the state of the car it took a bit longer. When he wrapped up we did a walk around together and then I paid him and that was that. Everything looks at good as new! I would recommend him for anyone looking for car cleaning.

Usually it takes 2 hours per floor to do a decent job. As time went on it was switched to only 1 person and the people that were sent could not handle 2 floors in 4 hours. I had one more cleaning 2 days before before Christmas this year which was scheduled last January/February (because we have company coming over) and this is the email I received on December 4: Hi there Michele, Sadly (name of last maid) just put in her notice, without a 2 week notice. And to top it off my other team is booked solid. As of right now I am unable to continue your cleaning service. I thought it was so awful how I was completely cancelled right before the holidays. She should have found someone to at least clean my first floor for Christmas and finished this year out before cancelling with me. I would not recommend this company - I think things are slipping a lot there. Maybe there are not enough quality people for hire but I am very disappointed and upset that she would do this to me after all these years. And I only think I complained one time about an issue cleaning my wood floors. I am not a big complainer at all. Very disappointed.
