He was extremely upset due to the fact that we were meeting with her doctor and he obviously needed to hear what the doc had to say and how to proceed with her care. Brittany not only cleaned the hearing aids but charged them for free so my husband's Uncle could converse with her doctors. We had never been a patient of Reserve Hearing Center prior to this and I was astounded that they helped us at a time of crisis for our family. I needed a simple dome replacement for one of my hearing aids. I walked into this location to just…read morepick up one and was told twice that I must call-in for an appointment next time. There were no clients in the office or outside waiting to come in. The technician was alone and the receptionist was not busy either. All I wanted was a dome to install myself! Miracle Ear prides itself on their after-purchase service but this location is not on the program. I will not return and will head to Medina in search of a better service center.

We made an appointment for the next time, and the receptionist was there, she was very friendly and had a nice smile. The audiologist was extremely helpful and my experience was very good. It's a whole New World for me to be able to hear I've heard sounds that I never heard before and it is so awesome. I wanted to cry. My husband used to get upset because I needed the TV turned up more and now I ask him to turn it down!Lol the audiologist wants to make sure I am totally happy so he set up a couple of appointments with his receptionist. My loved one was stuck laying in their own pee for several hours during the day, because nurses didn't check in on him. Developed bed sores because they left him in bed all day. Kept the phone away from him, even though he had visitors at the window waiting to talk to him. This place is an absolute joke, especially the workers. Very unprofessional and not competent. Employees should be attentive in nursing homes, this place is not the case.

She drill and badge me like I was a criminal instead of a patient that came in for health concern. I will go elsewhere in the future for help. I ended up hospitalized and I feel that could have been prevented if received appropriate medical care.
