Right before my wedding to my beautiful amazing bride, we had trouble finding enough of a specific Champagne for our wedding reception. Finally, I got in touch with them about 1 week before. We were told that they had 10 in stock and should be able to order the remaining amount before the wedding day. As the week came to an end, their shipment still had not arrived. Now here's where it gets great!!!! Hector the Store Manager took it upon himself the day before the wedding to drive all across the IE to the 3 nearest stores (which are as far as Riverside and Rancho Cucamonga) to find 10 more bottles and have them there for pick up the same day. Additionally, everything was kept in cold storage while waiting for me to arrive. There icing on the cake.... there was a major discount applied, so half of the bottles were only 5 cents each. Wow!!!! Such amazing customer service. That is virtually unheard of in the modern world.

I needed help planning a wedding. After calling multiple stores, I came across BevMo! I called…read moreasking if they provided any help in planning and all I knew was that I wanted wine, beer, and some cocktails. I spoke with Hector, he immediately set my fiance and I up for a private tasting, we were able to try some reds, white and even champagne. During the tasting/consultation, we went over all the detail we didnt think about. Ex. Delivery, Champagne toast, cocktails options, mixers, garnishes, kegs, the quantity we needed for our guests. I told Hector that I didnt live nearby and I would have trouble coming in to pay for my order. The team was able to create an invoice with a payment link to my email. It was a huge weight off my shoulders not having to worry about this part of the wedding and everything on my order was delivered on time for my big day.

They've gotten to know us, and our tastes and they always make great recommendations, as well as setting up some very interesting tastings. And, for the non-wine drinker, they've also got a selection of craft beers and ciders. WINES: Ben's shop carries a great selection of wines, focusing on small batch producers, "unique" varietals, organic wines, natural wines, biodynamic wines, certified carbon neutral wines, and local wines. You can do a tasting or purchase a glass or bottle to enjoy onsite. There's a tasting bar up front, as well as bar top tables inside, and a spacious patio outside. I feel that bottle prices are very reasonable, and we usually end up leaving with 5 or 6 bottles based on our tastings and Ben's recommendations. There's on street parking in the front, as well as a small parking lot in the rear. I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try when in the area. NOTE: They don't serve food, however Woodhaus Pizza is right next door and you're more than welcome to pick up something there or bring in your own munchies.

The heat affected the hops and yeast and the beers were not good. Definitely will not be back.
