When I got to my car, I checked my receipt to ensure I got all my discounts. The bacon was 14.99 no discount was given. I go back in and the guy at the counter say the sign says 5.00 per pound. What? I looked at the picture of the sign and it says 5.00. lb 3lbs at 14.99. See photo. I told him that was trickery and I dint want to do business with a company that operates like that.

I was having a very bad day before entering the store due to a family who had a life threatening injury recently. Simian noticed that I was having issues finding items because my head wasn't on straight that day. He approached me and made sure I found everything I needed and was able to calm my nerves. This was definitely the best example of 'going above and beyond" that I've ever received in a service environment and I'm an "old timer" THANKS SIMIAN!!
