My only suggestion now would be to consider lowering the minimum pickup order to 3 or 4 pounds. It's just my husband and me, so the current minimum is more than we can eat. I truly appreciate the customer service at Brookshire's. I was especially happy this time when the gentleman in the meat department took care of me and didn't turn me away. That meant a lot! I'll definitely continue shopping at Brookshire's. Thank you for listening to your customers and making improvements.

I noticed the staff members were diligently working stocking the shelfs, cleaning as they worked. This store is very clean, very well organized. As I completed my tour of this store I walked up to the exit doors and I stopped and paused for maybe 3 to 4 seconds then I proceeded to my vehicle got in and I sat there and felt a bit sad , I feel like it was because the whole time I was looking over your store I was never looked at or spoken to by any of your staff members. Staff are teenagers mostly, and they are usually very helpful and they get customers checked out pretty quickly. Sometimes without any conversation at all but....you know, don't always have to small talk with people. I have gone a couple times now for a certain pain reliever and it is not there. I don't know if they just don't carry it or haven't restocked it in a couple months. Store stays clean and semi busy. Clean restrooms. Gas Pumps located at Spring Market as well! (that's a plus, and it is usually cheaper than the Shell up the street.) Stop by if you need to pick up a few things.

The other guy just laughed and finally the husband just said forget it.
