This is gross, abusive of product, and simply unkept. The department workers and managers should have gotten the culprits who graffitied the department with nail polish. This is ridiculous. Other customers were just as shocked. Some said this is gross and OMG. I just believe some polish remover needed to be damaged out and used per management to remove all the polish. More pride should be taken in the local store. Where was security when these "customers" were ruining the department. The two stars are because launch areas like Black history and Tabitha Brown were very neat.

Ladies are on top of their game when we push the buttons for help, that's for those locked items on the floor. The bag area has one, makeup counter, jewelry counter and throughout the store they have those giant clear boxes with colognes and Polaroids and other goodies! I'm glad they are locking items up, some people have gotten crafty at stealing or taking from the set items, you have to inspect to make sure everything is there. They have a great return policy, keep your receipts! And try to make it in within 30days. I also appreciate the customer service, the staff is there to help us , so don't take advantage of them, and if you're having a bad day , it costs nothing to be nice to another individual, nowadays people are so entitled it's sickening. Specially around the holidays , imagine how a crowd makes you feel, well they are already overwhelmed and still smile. I appreciate that and I always compliment them. You can still find great finds in the store , just have to look for sure! I found an amazing Karl Lagerfeld bag that retails for $300 and it was $99! Beautiful find! I'm usually on the hunt for perfumes, Sand + Fog fragrance oils, body butters, and goodies for my Yorkies, and I can always count on finding something I didn't know I needed! The store is consistently clean, well organized, and the checkout lines move quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Brandon, the store manager. During one of my visits, a candle unexpectedly broke near me, and he immediately came over with kindness and reassurance, making what could have been an embarrassing moment feel like no big deal. That level of professionalism and genuine customer service really stood out to me. Great customer service is one of the reasons I continue coming back. Keep up the great work!

I've been shopping at the Midlothian tx Aldis since they opened and usually receive good service. I…read morerecently had an exceptionally great experience with Simian, (not sure of spelling) . I was having a very bad day before entering the store due to a family who had a life threatening injury recently. Simian noticed that I was having issues finding items because my head wasn't on straight that day. He approached me and made sure I found everything I needed and was able to calm my nerves. This was definitely the best example of 'going above and beyond" that I've ever received in a service environment and I'm an "old timer" THANKS SIMIAN!!

I placed an online order I picked a convenient pick up time & thought everything was set. I…read morereceived a text saying my order wouldn't be ready & it gave me a time that was totally inconvenient. The text suggested I call & the number said that not giving out individual store numbers was a money saving measure. I couldn't pick up my order at the stated time ! I couldn't call the store then I received a notice that my order couldn't be filled(some items were no longer available & my order had been cancelled because my order hadn't been picked up. The whole process & failure has me VERY disappointed. I'm not sure I'll try another online order.
