Lucky for me R & R had a laudry mat...where I refreshed my clothing supply. Ya can't beat it....good food, hot coffee, friendly people and laundry facilities...all in one place. My family had a horrible experience at Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Lufkin, Texas yesterday. The…read morestore was clean and well-maintained, but our visit was a huge letdown and big disappointment. We came in on a Wednesday expecting the "No Weigh Wednesday" deal advertised online, a flat $6 for a cup of yogurt filled as you like. However, there were no signs or menu indications of the promotion. After a couple of minutes waiting in an empty shop, the manager appeared and was unhelpful. She claimed she'd never heard of No Weigh Wednesday and said there were no specials. My daughter got a cup of yogurt and when she went to add toppings, the manager wouldn't let her and insisted on doing it for her. Not only did she not add enough of the toppings my daughter wanted, but she kept suggesting things my daughter didn't want. It didn't help that the regular prices were outrageous, $12.05 for a single cup of yogurt is absurd when a gallon of ice cream at a grocery store is far less. If Orange Leaf wants to keep customers, they need to train their staff better and honor their advertised deals.

It was a very positive experience due to Ms. Robertson intentional service and attention to detail.

I just figured that since it was a Monday night people were at home chilling. Upon entering and browsing the store I found out possibly why it was so vacant. They don't really have a grocery selection like most Target locations do! The severely limited groceries items that they carry are near the front and it's only just a few aisles of snacks with one or two refrigerators that had milk and one type of coffee creamer. I did find a birthday present at a great price since they had a bunch of toys clearanced out though! So it was still a win, but I ended up driving over to HEB for groceries since they didn't have what I really wanted.
