I don't think most people have a "good" towing experiences, so to speak, but Ted Whitlock came about as close to good as you can get. Ted answered my call personally, narrowed down my location, and had his tow truck there in just 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the tow process. Ultimately, it took just 5 minutes for my car to be on the truck and heading to its destination. After everything was said and done he sent a receipt for my insurance company, and after my insurance rejected that receipt he was speedy in getting back to me with a new one. I can't speak to how good his pricing is (I don't have experience in tow prices) but I would definitely recommend if you're in the Loganville area and need a tow.

My daughter accidentally put diesel gas in her 2005 honda civic. Well if you didn't know before, now know that this is a no-go...no pun intended. Once she turned off the engine, her car would no-go anymore. I looked on yelp for a towing company close by as she doesn't have road side assistance. Found Mr. David's Friendly's. We were very grateful when he said he could come to us to fix the car. What we neglected to do when he got there was tell him about the diesel. So, his diagnosis was to replace the spark plugs. That was fine with me because I figured she likely needed those replaced anyway. When the car still wouldn't start, I informed him about the diesel in her tank. Well, he ended up towing the car and repairing it overnight. The car is now running back to normal, $418 later. Not bad once he explained all the costs: $50 initial come-to-us fee; $70 spark plug labor (I purchased the parts); $110 to drain the gas tank; $36 full tank of premium gas; and another $100 to tow the car to his shop and back to our house. He delivered the car to our house because I was in bed by the time he finished and he wanted to have the car back to us before we went out of town for the holiday. As I said, $400 for an accident was a lil traumatic emotionally for me but I am glad we discovered Mr. Friendly's. He was upfront about all the costs and informed us every step of the way. I felt I could trust him from the beginning. I'd use his company again in the future.
