I dropped the car off for interior detailing at the agreed date/time, they called me about 3 hours later to pick it up. He asked me to look over the car to be sure I was satisfied, which I was (very!) and I was on my way. The whole experience was quick and they did a really good job. Really great work on the details, car was super clean and smelled great. He even got the weather tech mats really clean (they looked brand new!) Excellent job overall (communication, flexible times, awesome work and reasonable prices). I would definitely recommend this business for car detailing and will come back again.

I recently had the opportunity to have 2 vehicles serviced by Unique Car Care in Middleton MA…read more TLDR: The team at Unique does an amazing job, they are not interested in flipping details, they are methodical, passionate and incredibly professional. There is a reason this shop is so highly related. I highly recommend. Vehicles under review: The first vehicle I brought in was my wife's new (2023) E450 Wagon. Her vehicle is a Nautical blue exterior (which is quite dark) and we opted for XPel Standard Plus PPF and their Ceramic Coating - Exterior Detail with Five Year Coating. The second vehicle was my 2019 Porsche 911 (991.2 GTS) Black which also received Ceramic Coating - Exterior Detail with Five Year Coating. (As my vehicle already had PPF from the prior owner no additional PPF was needed.) *Unique's ceramic service covers rims and calipers. Rick, Pete and Tom did an absolutely amazing job on our vehicles. (My 911 GTS had some etching on my center lock rims and Tom made them look absolutely amazing!) The output was incredible and they were extremely patient and willing to talk you through each phase of their process. There are shops out there that simply want to make money based on high volume and and turning out as many jobs as possible - this is not the approach that Unique takes. This is a business that takes pride in what they do, they are playing the long game and looking to build long lasting relationships versus a quick buck. If you have a vehicle and plan to keep it for awhile, this is your shop. Not only are their prices very competitive, their service is top notch and they are genuinely nice people. I will be a life long customer. Pros: Great product, excellent customer service, very competitive price Cons: none

He was creative and timely when we needed signage put up quickly in multiple locations and his prices can't be beat. His signage work and car details are done in the most meticulous fashion. I can't say enough about this company, try them, you'll agree!

I called three other places--two told me I'd need my entire carpet and underlayment replaced (nearly $3,000), and another said they'd just shampoo the top and "hope for the best." Chris was the only one who actually explained what really needed to be done. He told me that only the damaged parts of the underlayment needed to be removed and replaced--not the entire carpet--and he even gave me tips over the phone to help reduce the smell before my appointment. His advice was spot-on, and by the time I came in for the full interior detail, the odor was almost gone. When he worked on the car, he patched the underlayment perfectly, deep-cleaned everything, and even took care of the car seats. The whole interior looked so spotless it honestly appeared better than the day I bought it. This was true dealership-level detailing, and he did it for a fraction of what other shops quoted me--saving me thousands of dollars. As a mom, getting into a car that feels brand-new is such a great feeling--even though it won't last long with kids. It's a perfect reset, and it feels amazing while it lasts. Most importantly, I'm grateful to know I now have someone I can fully trust. I will 100% be returning in the future. If you're looking for someone who's honest, takes pride in their work, and delivers exceptional car detailing results--from odor removal to deep interior cleaning--this is the place. Highly recommend.

Flawless workmanship: Louis and his team laid the film so cleanly I can't even find the edges -- exactly how PPF should look. Lightning-fast turnaround: Dropped the car off the day I took delivery and picked it up the very next day. Outstanding communication: Louis answered every call, text, and email, and even sent progress videos throughout the install. Family-friendly service: He took time to chat with my 3-year-old daughter (she's now a fan of the shop). Pride, not hype: No flashy ads or supercars in the lobby -- just humble pros who let their workmanship speak for itself. After trying two "big-name" installers on previous cars -- both left visible edges -- Danvers Hand Wash & Detail blew them away. The SunTek Reaction film looks stunning, and the sheen has even converted this former XPEL loyalist. If you care about perfection, honesty, and great people, stop searching. Louis has earned a customer for life, and I'll be sending all my friends and family his way.
