She's always wanted a Stetson so I knew I should get her one, but didn't know what her size was. Misty helped me guesstimate and find one that should work. She also gave me some hat filler just in case. To top it all off, she handed me her business card in case it didn't work out and I needed to exchange it for a different one (from halfway across the country, I might add). I have no complaints whatsoever! (Oh, and did I mention the music selection was spectacular? I've never related more to Just To See Her Smile than that, haha). Thanks Misty!

As we were approaching Rodeo season, I finally got a chance to try on their silver jewelry, leather jackets, and other accessories. I walked away with a $100 studded belt that I could have easily purchased at a Harwin store for much cheaper, but given my work schedule that wasn't gonna happen. I love my belt, and the clerk *was* supposed to give me 10% off because of a small defect and they didn't have any more in stock ...but when I looked at my receipt later that day, she didn't apply the discount. Friendly staff, great location, fabulous merchandise - what more could you want in a store?…read more Went in here on a whim before lunch one day and fell in love. I've come back to this store maybe once a month for the past two years ever since. They carry a wide selection of clothing from casual t-shirts and sweaters to fancier dresses and blouses. Recently, they've been carrying a collection of screen printed t-shirts with the Houston skyline on them which is the perfect gift for a resident/native Houstonian. Late last year, during football season, they were even selling college football themed shirts. They also host a variety of decorative signs for the home. I've purchased several of these for myself and as gifts for friends. Their jewelry collection fluctuates between seasons; sometimes they'll have a lot of options, sometimes they won't. As for shoes, there are probably a dozen different pairs sold each season. All in all, a perfect place to stop by and waste an hour especially if you are dining in Kings Harbor.

My daughter came for a specific item before she left for a summer adventure but they were out until the re-order shipment arrives after my daughter would be gone. Long story short, there was one on hold for a friend of the staff and she sold it to us anyway as she said her friend would understand & she didn't want my daughter to miss out on it. What she didn't know was the significance behind this yellow item. You will never know how much you 'LIT' up my daughters day with what may have seemed like a small gesture. It's always the little things that can have a HUGE impact. THANK YOU.

She greeted every single person who came in the doors, no other employees did that in our experience. (We were there an extended period today). Store was relatively clean and well stocked with options and super tidy! (Esp the men's shoes/dress attire). Lots of staff working their sections! Only took a star off bc half the escalators weren't working and the elevator was slow and not inspected in over a year like it was supposed to (lights/sounds not working). Hopefully both are being addressed! Our trip up and down 3 floors for various needs took **forever** waiting on the elevator when we couldn't even walk up/down some of the broken escalators. We will be returning frequently soon and hope to find what we need and receive such excellent service again! :-)

I attempted to exchange a dress that I bought my aunt for Mothers Day. When I found the correct size, I was checked out by an associate that was not helpful. She stated that I had to have the same method of payment for my exchange, the receipt and she could not look up my purchase. I informed her that previously, associates were able to assist. Slightly frustrated, I proceeded to pay for the other dress and hopes that I would find the receipt when I got home. On my way out of the store Ghita in a high spirited voice stated, "thank you for coming, I hope you have a great night". Something told me to ask for assistance and as I stated, she was able to find my purchased and refunded me with a gift card. The smallest interaction can really make for a different outcome if you just attempt to dig a little deeper, or go the extra mile sometimes. The previous associate didn't ask for manager, co worker or anything to confirm, but gladly took my method of payment. Ghita, just know. Shoppers like me, truly appreciate great customer service when everyone is choosing to shop online and have less interaction with people/human beings due to the potential lack of customer service. 10/10 Definitely recommend
