They even sent over email and text updates when they were on their way to my home. I ordered three kinds of fish for poke-- salmon, tuna, and hamachi. They came already diced in large pieces and extremely fresh. This alone lasted me over 4 meals throughout the week and was well worth the $19 just for the poke fish. I also ordered an enormous sashimi grade tuna loin that I used to make a delicious tuna tataki, and have so much leftover that I'm freezing the rest. The 1 lb of cod I got made for an amazing miso cod that I ate with my lunch all week as well. The tobiko I got came in a little jar and added a touch of sweetness and texture to my poke.
