Given the circumstances of the job things changed quickly and I needed to change plans for lunch last minute. I showed up to this location at 10 am, at the exact time it opened and informed them I needed 35 pizzas made up for lunch, that needed to be sent out to our crew by noon. I let them know I would be able to pick up the pizza at 11:30 Lyndie was the only employee working at the time and was concerned she wouldn't be able to get it done in time. The location just opened minutes prior and the dough wasn't even prepared yet for the day. This didn't stop her however she called co worker Erin to come in a lot earlier than originally intended. These two were able to successfully make all 35 pizzas from scratch and everything was ready when I arrived An hour and some change after I ordered and put this on them last minute. I am extremely appreciative and greatful they were able to help me and our crew out so tremendously and efficiently. Our crew works 12+ hour days and lunch is an extremely important part of their day so again I am very appreciative of the work these two put in to go above and beyond just to make sure we had what we needed while also dealing with other customers orders at the same time. These two ladies are superstars and deserve their flowers for assisting me in a very dire time. They both were so willing to help and didn't complain once about the crazy order and the limited time they had to prepare it. Erin showed up early for her shift and didn't complain once and had such a great attitude. Had they not sprung into action our crew would have most likely been screwed on lunch and in return I would have gotten a lot of heat from the crew. So again thank you Lyndie for coordinating this massive order in such short notice and Erin for taking time out of her personal life to make it happen. I can't thank you two enough and we will be ordering from this location again.

Now, I have the option set on GrubHub for no contact delivery and to notify me via text when my order is here. I started milling around the house, doing other things. My order did not come at 11:50. I checked the Grubhub tracker, it said "arriving soon." I figured they're running behind, no problem. But then something started seeming wrong around 12:25 or so, so I checked my steps. My order is sitting out there. Okay, good! Oh, but not good. I get in the house and it's covered in ants. Because it had sat out for a while without me knowing, apparently. Because no one called or texted. The fries seemed fine. But I hurriedly got the pizza into the trash because my kitchen island was getting overrun. I call the restaurant and explain what happened. At first I was like "Hey, can y'all send me another pizza and then I'm good." Well, snotty girl on the phone wants to insist that they called and texted me. Uh, no you didn't. I didn't get any phone calls, any texts from anyone. My phone was right beside me. I called Grubhub first at 12:32. They called the restaurant a couple of times and then weren't really any help so I hung up with them and figured I have to take it up wit the restaurant myself. But suddenly at 12:37 PM, I get a text from a random number that "Your Seasons Pizza Brooklyn delivery is ready". GrubHub texts from the same numbers, usually, so that's not even an official Grubhub notification. And clearly they were just trying to cover themselves as if I'm an idiot. Anyway, talk to snotty girl who insists on me being called and texted, which I know is a lie, so I finally just ask her for a refund. She said "we're going to come pick up the food then." Uh, no you're not...don't come to my house. I would like a refund, thanks. I then ask to speak to a manager. She puts me on hold then comes back and then says that she actually is the manager. Yeah, right. I finally had to demand my refund and then hang up. And if they don't give it to me, that's fine, I'll do a chargeback. The point. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was another pizza. For your screw up. So BYE FELICIA. Don't ever eat here. Note that as of even 12:55 PM, my GrubHub status for that order STILL says "arriving soon."
