I am working an Emergency Response job in Baltimore following the tragic event that happened to the Francis Scott Key Bridge. Our company has a total of 60+ people working currently. Given the circumstances of the job things changed quickly and I needed to change plans for lunch last minute. I showed up to this location at 10 am, at the exact time it opened and informed them I needed 35 pizzas made up for lunch, that needed to be sent out to our crew by noon. I let them know I would be able to pick up the pizza at 11:30 Lyndie was the only employee working at the time and was concerned she wouldn't be able to get it done in time. The location just opened minutes prior and the dough wasn't even prepared yet for the day. This didn't stop her however she called co worker Erin to come in a lot earlier than originally intended. These two were able to successfully make all 35 pizzas from scratch and everything was ready when I arrived An hour and some change after I ordered and put this on them last minute. I am extremely appreciative and greatful they were able to help me and our crew out so tremendously and efficiently. Our crew works 12+ hour days and lunch is an extremely important part of their day so again I am very appreciative of the work these two put in to go above and beyond just to make sure we had what we needed while also dealing with other customers orders at the same time. These two ladies are superstars and deserve their flowers for assisting me in a very dire time. They both were so willing to help and didn't complain once about the crazy order and the limited time they had to prepare it. Erin showed up early for her shift and didn't complain once and had such a great attitude. Had they not sprung into action our crew would have most likely been screwed on lunch and in return I would have gotten a lot of heat from the crew. So again thank you Lyndie for coordinating this massive order in such short notice and Erin for taking time out of her personal life to make it happen. The driver got lost and we never received our pizza. She called us with an attitude and frustrated because she was lost. I called the store they said they would call the driver and get back to me. 40 min later I call the store just to find out they completely cancelled the order and never notified me. I speak to the manager and ask her to remake the pizza and I will come to pick it up. She tells me to reorder the pizza as a carry out order at full price. I call to get the managers name to file a formal complaint and get hung up on 5 times. Stay far away from this store. The employees lack professionalism, customer service skills, extremely rude, and could care less about their job. read more

I moved to Brooklyn park 1 year ago.ive ordered from this location 3 times.all 3 times my pizza has been late and cold.i usually tip good but not this time.the idiot driver made excuses for being a hour and 15 minutes later than expected delivery.i called manager and she was as nasty and rude as her driver! I give it 2 stars because it is better than Little Ceasers and won't destroy your stomach like pizza hut but it is still bad. There are much better pizza places in Glen Dirty for the exact same price. Dominos, Bubbas, the grocery store. PJs is just so greasy and skimpy on the toppings. read more

Okay so haven't had papa johns in a while and I was having a serious pregnancy craving for some good pizza and wings so I automatically thought of papa johns because they have always been my favorite. Mannn was I so dissatisfied. I got a large pizza and some garlic parm wings, my pizza was so dry like it barely had any sauce on it, and the toppings were so just tasteless.. like old and not fresh at all. Yuck. Then on top of that my wings were like under cooked and the garlic parm sauce was watery. I had to recook my wings in my air dryer just to make them edible and to be honest at that point I was just over it and threw that shit away. Just so disappointing. I've always had a great experience with papa Johns, maybe it's just this location but it was just a terrible waste of 30$!! read more

I usually don't do reviews but I saw the many negative ones and didn't think my few visits with them was bad at all. First I want to say there is a tall slim white guy who always gives me my pizza when I pull up to the window. I didn't get his name but he is on the night shift. He has really good customer service. So far I've had a good experience. I've left the dominos and Pizza Hut in that area because it was terrible tasting pizza. I used to love papa johns 20 years ago, so yes the recipe has changed but I can stomach them more than the others. read more

I'd give a zero if I could. I've been a loyal customer since we moved here 9 years ago. We just waited over 90 minutes on order that we never received. When I called the first time around the one hour mark, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called back at the 90 minute mark and they said they attempted to deliver but that whoever answered the door said they didn't order. No one came to my house. They then said that they called my number and the person there said they didn't order. That was a blatant lie. They said that they'd bring me the order now but I didn't want their cold pizza at this point, so I asked for a refund. She didn't even apologize and now I don't even get my reward points back that I was using for part of the order. That's BS! I'll stick with Pizza Hut. Papa Johns is rude and they lie! read more
