This spectacular wedding venue is located at the nationally acclaimed historic Brooklyn Lodge with a meadow filled with brilliant wildflowers, snowy mountain peaks, trickling streams, and stars that look close enough to touch. You can rock on the front porch sipping your favorite drink watching our abundance of moose, deer, and hummingbirds with your feet up. We're set in the middle of the national forest in the beautiful Snowy Range. We're also the perfect vacation rental with access to an abundance of hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, and off-road trails right from your front door. We keep crackling fires burning in our huge indoor and outdoor fireplaces, with room to sleep up to 14. We book up quickly, so try to book in advance!

History

Established in 1924.

The Brooklyn Lodge was built in 1922–23 by the top rodeo cowboy in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show, Harry "Hoot" Jones and his wife, the Wild West Show's sharpshooter, Hattie. The hand-hewn log lodge, located on the scenic byway near the peaks past Centennial, Wyoming in the Snowy Range of Medicine Bow National Forest, was operated by the Jones family until the late 1930s. Music, family, friends, campfires, abundant wildlife, and loads of delicious homemade food have lived at Brooklyn Lodge ever since. The current owners, are the third generation to family own and operate this unforgettable venue.
