Down sizes are the toppings are sparsely covering the supreme pizza, just enough to prove that it is a supreme pizza. But overall, I was happy to eat the pizza, but with so many pizzas I've reviewed over the years and given four stars to, Pizza Amigos is securely under those four star spots. So while not bad pizza by any means, it's just not four star level. I ordered on DoorDash and being that it's two blocks away from my house, needless to say the pizza came hot, fresh, and quick. Would I order again? Yes

A slice of pepperoni pizza from Cybelle's with a bottle of Jolt back in the 90's always seemed to turn even the most crappy days around. I've lived in Sacramento for many years now, but we always try to eat here on the rare occasion when we're in town. My wife and kids all love the food here. Last weekend we decided to spend the day at Montclair Park, and when I asked everyone where they wanted to eat, Cybelle's was the unanimously choice. We ended up ordering the largest size pizza they had, with pepperoni and sausage. With drinks, everything came out to a little over $50. Yea, it's pricey, but most pizza places are these days. We decided to sit upstairs, and our pizza was brought to us quickly. I'd say it was under fifteen minutes. After all these years, their pizza is still on point. Everyone's hangry vibe disappeared with the first bite. I think we only had a couple of slices left over by the time we left. And I'm not quite sure those leftover pieces even survived the night. I'd say the only two drawbacks about Cybelle's are that #1, they don't have a soda fountain machine (you are limited to bottled and canned beverages). And #2, the upstairs seating area is too warm. Having a fan or two up there would be really helpful, especially in the summer. Overall, eating at Cybelle's just makes me happy, and that alone is worth five stars. Everytime I come back to the village, I recognize it less and less. It's comforting to know that some of best parts of what I remember from the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's still remain.

He accommodated me, which was extremely kind of him, because the store was not open yet. We had a very nice conversation with some nice house music bumping in the background. His ingredients are imported from Italy, which is why his pies demands a higher cost, but they are well worth the price. The pies really tastes clean and fresh, none of that extra stuff that makes you feel sick. I ate half the pizza and actually did not feel sick at all. I felt good, energized, happy. Try one for yourself. You won't regret it. I suggest you order a whole pie, it's better. It nice to finally have something truly authentic that make you feel good after you eat it. I don't know why the pies cost so much, but they are only a few blocks from our place, so I want to support the few restaurants that set up shop in West Oakland. However, I'm starting to sour on this place. I don't mind overpaying for pizza; that's just edible, but on a few occasions, I've been appalled by what these folks try to get away with. A couple of months ago, they gave us a pie that was so burnt I had to call to complain, and they replaced it with a less burnt pie. Perhaps they don't know that extremely burnt food is full of carcinogens. This week, we ordered our usual 18-inch pie. This pie was a Frankenstein pie; half of it tasted like it had been sitting under the lamp all day. A telltale sign is how stiff the cheese is; the old dough feels as if I'm chewing on rubber, and the slices are stiff and salty overall, though some slices taste a bit fresher and crunchier. I was disappointed. If you're going to overcharge for mediocre pizza, the least you could do is give people what they are paying for. If I wanted old, stale pizza, I would've asked for the slices that sit under the lamp all day. Moving forward, if we order from this place, I will walk over, place the order, and wait for it, so we don't get cheated again. This place is a reminder of why certain restaurants often fail. The food is overpriced, and they are inconsistent with their service, if not disrespectful, in how they sometimes treat and feed their customers. We're not pigs; we just like eating the sweet little pig.

Or you can order on your phone and let them know if you're dining in or picking up. We ordered the Sweet Little Pig pizza which has pepperoni, candied bacon, and basil on top! I really liked the tiny pep they used, they curl up when baked. This pizza was the perfect combo of sweet and savory, I bet it would be even better with some balsamic drizzled on it too. We also ordered a side of their blue cheese and basil ranch. I didn't know ranch could get any better than plain ranch. Basil ranch was bright and also creamy. I've been here a few times before to watch a warriors game. They've got tons of seating and of course they stream all of the games. Oh my goodness was this one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had! Special Pizza Collab with Lion Dance Cafe: FLAMING PUMPKIN PIZZA - Thinly shaved delicata squash marinated with garlic and evoo, vegan mozzarella cheese, drizzled with LDC's special recipe for Fresno chili sambal sauce with ginger and calamansi, roasted peanuts, and Thai basil leaves. All the flavors and textures melded so well together and it wasn't particularly 'hot' spicy. I especially loved the marinated slivers of delicata squash and LDC's special sambal sauce - especially since it contained calamansi! (one of my favorite citrus flavors). Even though the pizza is vegan (for those on this type of diet), honestly, I think everyone would enjoy and love this gourmet pizza. The thin crust had a perfectly nice mouthfeel and was baked just right.
