They have a large area for big dogs (Houndtown) and a large are for small dogs & pups (SmallVille). When it comes down to my pugs, I am absolutely neurotic and there are only a limited handful of people I trust to take care of my dogs. Doggieville has certainly made that list. Janine & her team are excellent and treat all their citizens with lots of love and care. My little LadyBug absolutely loves the place and every time we go there, she completely forgets that I exist and bounces her way into their play area. She loves the place and as soon as we exit the highway, she makes it known with her crazy pug screams, that we are approaching daycare. They also have a beautiful grooming area and a boutique carrying all kinds of high-quality foods and treats for dogs as well as toys, beds, and leashes. I have since moved back to Richmond Hill to work and unfortunately, I have yet to find as good of a doggy daycare as this. That's when Canine Movement came highly recommended by one of my close friends. Christina is on my very small list of people I trust with LadyBug. She is always on time and is extremely professional. She knows a lot about behaviour and knows how to handle my bossy diva with positive reinforcement when she gets a bit out of hand. The next (and final) scenario was that the owner had forgotten about my booking even though we were in contact over phone and text to confirm things up. She forgot, and my pets were left without water or food for a long weekend. I came home to urine and feces on the carpet, empty food bowls, empty water bowls and my one cat sitting in the kitchen sink trying to get water from the faucet. they were two elderly cats that also needed drops / medicine mixed into their food. it was absolutely unacceptable and extremely careless and reckless and unreliable. I would NOT recommend Mary or her services - she cited some personal issues as the reason she forgot about my pets - but I woukdnt ever hire her again.

Because it was such a beautiful day, they examined Penny outside, which made her much more comfortable. They also gave our family privacy by the pond to spend precious final moments with her and say our goodbyes. Their kindness, calm demeanor, and genuine care helped make an incredibly difficult day a little easier. We are deeply grateful for the compassion they showed both Penny and our family.
