They had previously had a bad experience at another local groomer, so I was understandably hesitant to try somewhere new. I came across this company after seeing how professionally and thoughtfully they responded to a negative review. Their response gave me confidence, and ultimately encouraged me to book appointments for both of my dogs. From the moment we arrived, I felt comfortable. The owner and another groomer came to greet my dogs, and their warm, welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. I received a 30-minute notice when the dogs were ready for pickup, and they looked fantastic when I arrived. I was extremely pleased with how well they were treated and groomed. Although the cost was slightly higher than what I had paid previously, the peace of mind was absolutely worth it--especially with older dogs. I will definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others.

Inise is a fantastic dog trainer who taught us so much about dog behaviours and how to make us a better pet owner. When you first walk into the place and see all the dogs that are there regularly, you maybe overwhelmed and underwhelmed at the same time. It's very low key and fun for the four legged friends but, there are also discipline and rules for all. It is such a great environment for us as dog owners and our pets to learn and socialize. If you're unsure, Inise and her team will guide you to the best of their ability. It is very important to socialize your dogs. Be a responsible pet owner and take them there for puppy classes, obedience classes, and social Sunday!

Overall impression -…read morenot very professionally run place, extremely dirty, my dog was reeking of some bad odour in only 3 hours and full of dirt but the lady who received us spoke as if this was the only dog day care in town and everyone is lining up to have their dogs sent there! They don't provide tours of facilities so you have no idea where/what you are sending your pets into! No photos or videos put up anywhere about the facilities/amenities inside. No time taken for any sort of assessment to understand the temperament of our dog. The lady asked us if our dog will jump the fence, (I wish I knew, the dog cnt speak to tell me!) I said she has never tried and she said, I quote, "if she as much even looks at the fence, she will not be allowed in the yard again", so they plan to cage her all day if she does try to look at her surroundings! They just want full trained dogs to be left free in groups of 10 to play so easy job for them! All dogs are not same and most of them take time to adjust. They were too quick to judge in meeting my dog for the first time saying that she was nervous (obviously it was her first time there with new ppl and so many dogs!). Thankful this all happened on the trial class, never going back again!
