DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT SAVE YOUR TIME ENERGY AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!…read more I hope US Post office sees this and I hope the worker that was working on Friday March 11th 2026 at 1:30pm sees this. US Post Office is hiring some BOZOS!!!!! the lady that was working the front desk WOULDNT scan my fiancé's packages because it was too much and there was a "line". My fiancé just left because she would rather keep the peace but Fuck that Do your damn job. It's not that hard to press a button to print a label. Once the worker decided she wasn't in the mood to work she hid in the back while the "line" she mentioned just sat there. Then another I'm guessing newer worker proceeds to come out and say she can't help my fiancé either cause she's "not qualified to work the machine" Damn I didn't know pressing a button was rocket science. Hey US Post Office maybe you guys could compete with the big boys like UPS if you guys didn't hire these NPCs!!!!!!! Literally a newborn child could do a better job than the lady they have on schedule at this location. Worst person you could ever have representing your establishment. Paying someone money that doesn't even do her job. This is why americas economy is failing.

However lately the moral…read moreseems down or maybe they just have employees who are providing poor customer service, but I've gotten where I dislike this location but still come here because they carry the best variety of stamps, opened longer than my local office and this is gonna sound horrible, the customer service here is still better than my local post office. On this evening, I overheard one employee talking to a customer in a very snarky tone. Yes I realize that times have changed however you don't have to make someone feel little by saying things to make them feel stupid. Another lady asked a question and was told that she would need to Google the answer to that. I hope I've just come at a bad time (although it was NOT busy, there were three employees and like four/five customers) and that this isn't the norm to be expected.

I wouldn't typically take time out of my day to write a negative review but every time I come in the service team is incredibly rude, I almost feel like I and others have been bullied at times with negative comments from staff members, they remove the bells, and ignore customers for long periods of time and come out whenever they feel like it and by that time there is a long line built up. They also rate themselves on the kiosk before you have a chance to respond to the rating question.
