Good sized, juicy burger on a great roll. Cooked as ordered and fries were hot and tasty and plenty of them. Salad was fresh and crisp and very good sized with my choice of dressing. So I placed and order for a pizza, then when I go to pick it up they tell me they gave it to someone else and I had to wait another 30 minutes for another pizza. then thy tell me they will deliver it so after waiting 40 minutes I call them they tell me the driver supposedly knocked on my door(when he didn't) but I never got a Phone call from the driver saying he was outside my house. So after waiting over an hour they don't offer me half off my pizza or anything on behalf of them messing up not once but twice. Talk about poor customer care service. My family and I have been going to Brooke's for years, since they first opened. Service is fast and consistent. The staff is very friendly. Everything we have tried off the menu has been delicious-- my personal favorite being the chicken parmesan. My only "complaint" about Brooke's is that they are not open on Sundays. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! I eat here every time I am in the area visiting family. The pizza is fantastic, with homemade dough and lots of toppings. The wings are oh so good, crispy and the buffalo sauce is perfect. My kids even ask me to go out of my way when traveling through NY to eat there. The owner is very friendly and takes time to talk with his customers. This is a great family run pizza shop. I ordered the Pizza and Wings special. The Pizza was decent, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about either. The wings were better than the pizza. I would give the wings a 4 star if I was reviewing them alone. Price was decent. Get the food to go or delivered, there isn't much seating in the restaurant. Be aware that they are closed on Sunday which is a negative for me. But they are the only local pizza place in that vicinity which is a positive. read more

Place is terrible. They thrive being the only delivery option to some of the nearby neighborhoods, if they had competition, they would have gone belly up years ago. The pizza was good in their early years. Unless you ask for a specialty pie, protein lovers etc, they barely cover the pizza with toppings. A stingy 2 pepperonis per slice if your lucky. They also must use a paint brush to spread sauce because it's almost non-existent. It's like eating bread... It's also relatively expensive for how mediocre it is. This is close to our home and is convenient for quick pickup and delivery. However we didn't care much for their pizza so we didn't go there until, to our surprise, a local publication rated them as having the best burger in the Capital Region (NY). So we tried them and they were indeed very good. So are there meatballs and chicken wings. It turns out they have good stuff, but not their pizza, although it is to some people's liking. So we often get meals there even though I am only giving them a 3. One thing that pulls them down is that they are closed on Sunday, except SuperBowl Sunday. They were convinced to open that one Sunday per year several years ago, they wouldn't even open on that Sunday for a while. This is obviously inconvenient for a takeout/delivery place. And they lose points for their pizza. Yet they will still get steady business from us. read more

Glad to have this gem in my neighborhood. The food is always hot and tasty and the staff is always professional. Brooke's is the best spot in Clifton Park/Ballston Lake for a meatball sub, and considering Clifton Park has never been famous for food (being dominated by crappy corporate chains)it's refreshing to see a family run and family oriented restaurant that puts the food first and the staff a very close second. The pizza is always cooked great and the wings are one of the best in the area, but tonight I was upset because the delivery guy refused to deliver to my house because they have a four mile radius they deliver too. Being curious about the distance from my house to the pizza place and vice versa I found I was only 3.7 miles from them and I had to still go get my pizza and wings because he refused to cross route 9 for some reason... if you only do four miles for delivery and I'm within that radius you should deliver... because I had to stop important tasks I was doing because someone was being lazy really upset me... will just use jimmys in Malta from now on! Ordered pizza and wings from them again on 2/10/2018 and the girl on the phone told me that it would be delivered in about 40 minutes and than called back 10 minutes later saying they won't deliver and when I asked why the only reason she had was that we don't deliver to my road but I like within their 4 mile radius that the day they deliver in... the manager was extremely rude and refused to give me a straight answer on why they don't deliver to my residence and he was yelling at me and I asked well I should at least receive a discount because now I have to drive and get the food after I was promised that it was going to be delivered... will never do business here again... poor customer service and poor food as well! If you like your food prepared by the Owner, who only wears a mask when someone walks in, and you like your food wrapped by a teenage who is not wearing a mask, this is the place to go! I'm 70 and have COPD and this was my first time ordering ToGo since March. Now there is 23 buck in Brook's cash register, no tip for not caring if their customers get sick, as 2 subs in the trash next door. Not bad...not great. I have eaten here twice since moving to the neighborhood and the food has been acceptable each time. Pizza is standard fair. The wings are ok. The Caesar salad is pretty solid with large shavings of Parmesan cheese throughout the salad. Not a lot of close options in Ballston Lake without going to Clifton Park or Malta so Brooke's had a niche. read more
