3 strikes, you're out! After 3 visits, I just cannot tolerate the customer service at the front…read moredesk. When you pay $70 +tip for a mens haircut at a salon, there is a minimum bar of customer service & attention -- every single time that bar has not been met. If you're available between 11am - 4pm to patiently deal with front desk staff while they figure out how to use their systems, re-repeat your name, phone number, email, schedule and your preferred stylist (and call you repeatedly), and then find no slots for you in the next month.. this place is for you. If you feel that $70 (+tip!) warrants customer service that goes above and beyond and offers flexibility to your 9-5 working schedule **without charging a "no-show" fee after you call to say you're late and get the answering machine** then you might want to look elsewhere. To the management: I recommend a review of front desk staff policies & interactions. The two front desk staff seem more interested in Instagram than customers. PS. Haircuts are OK, Anthony is quite good..

I was not aware that this was applicable. Yr obliged to sanitize upon entering and again upon registering which is a spray on yr hands and your given a very small cotton square with alcohol to clean yr phone if your using it. So obviously they need to sanitize the station before and after . But that fee would pay for a bottle per client. Wowow .... I was not impressed by that...

I can't tie up my hair, it's longer at the back than the front, and it's not in any way an asymmetrical cut. In other words, a total "F" for listening skills. I'm deeply angry with the hair stylist, who clearly didn't want to hear what I was asking for. Won't be going back any time soon - especially given how much they ask for.

Update: I am reposting this review because, for some reason, my previous review was removed…read more Everything written below reflects my personal experience during and after my visit. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from beginning to end. 1. Very limited color availability The salon was out of every shellac color I initially selected. I had to repeatedly go through the sample books to find a color that was actually available, which took unnecessary time and was frustrating. 2. Customer service I did not feel welcomed during my visit. The staff mostly spoke to each other in a language I could not understand instead of communicating with me, which made me feel excluded and uncomfortable. Whenever I raised a concern, I felt that the responsibility was placed back on me rather than my concerns being addressed. 3. Product quality Please refer to the attached photos. My shellac started peeling in less than one week. The actual shellac color looked noticeably different from the catalog sample. The polish was so sheer that the tips of my nails remained visible. When I pointed this out, I was told that I should choose a more opaque color next time instead of being offered a solution. Considering that shellac is expected to last much longer, this was very disappointing. 4. Pedicure For me, a pedicure should be a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I felt that everything was done as quickly as possible, and I left feeling rushed rather than relaxed. I understand this may be subjective, but it was genuinely how I experienced the service. 5. Manicure I am still unsure why, after receiving a professional manicure, I ended up with painful cuticles, peeling skin, and small scars around several nails. This is not something I have experienced after manicures at other salons. I have had my nails done at other places before, so I was not expecting perfection--only the standard of care that most professional salons provide. Update after the appointment After the pedicure, one of my toes had been cut painfully during the service. Subsequently, I developed paronychia (a nail fold infection) in that toe and required medical treatment. I cannot say with certainty what caused the infection, but this occurred after the injury I sustained during the pedicure, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
