My refill set only cost me $39 even with 4 broken nails, (they had a promotion) and the male nail techs did an amazing job! I told her and also took the opportunity to let her know what shape I wanted. I specified that I wanted a ballerina or coffin nail. The technician asked me to clarify what i meant. I proceeded to find a picture online to show her. Before I could even show her a picture, she said she had determined what the shape was and proceeded to start cutting the nails into shape. She didn't even wait to see if that's what I wanted. Her work was sloppy with no attention to detail. She did nothing to my nails or cuticles except buff them before applying the gel. She rushed through the application though there was no one waiting. I left there with a feeling that they didn't care about having my business. I will not go there again. Disappointed.

First time trying the SNS treatment! I love it. SNS stands for Signature Nail Systems and it…read morestrengthens your real nails and allows them to grow longer which is exactly what I needed! I've been growing out my real nails with gel and powder acrylic refills for about 2 years. I kept removing them and so that's why it took so long for my nails to grow. But now they're the perfect length but weak as hell. My friend recommended the SNS treatment and what a game changer. My nail technician was amazing! They first had to remove my powder and that took a while since the layers were thick. It took maybe 4 dips in nail polish remover to peel it all off. Then as my nail technician was filing them, one nail broke! It's not bad but you can definitely tell it's too short. I opted to leave it as is because it'll grow back. I didn't want to add a fake tip. SNS is powder but it's much finer than the acrylic powder. It feels like flour. They dip your fingers in the powder and flick your finger to get rid of the excess. Imagine my face when they dipped my fingers in the powder! It's like magic. I know I've referred to the acrylic powder as nail cocaine in my other reviews as a joke before but SNS is actually nail cocaine. Even the colour is a powder they dip your fingers into! They then apply a top coat. They dip your fingers maybe 2 times in the SNS powder and then 3 times for the colour powder depending on how smoothly it sticks. The nail polish coat is applied after every dip. You then get everything smoothed out with their drill machine. The end feeling is so great. It feels light and airy but your nails are strong! It's also not thick like the gel or acrylic powder. It cost me $50 with taxes and tip first time around because they had to remove my acrylic but next time it should be $35. The only con is that the SNS colours aren't as nice as the regular nail polish colours. But I can overlook that since it'll make my real nails much stronger

Definitely not worth the $280.00 we spent for 3 manicures /pedicures. The pedicures get somewhat of a passing grade as the nail polish lasted 24 hours approx, however all 3 manicures were rushed, steps were skipped, and polish applied over uncleaned cuticles which explains why the nail polish did not last more than 6 hour. I will be requesting a refund for all three mani/pedi as here I am on vacation with my daughters where I wasted time going to another salon to get our manicure/pedi redone. I really wished the experience would have been different as the salon itself is very esthetically pleasing.
