I came in with a request and showed a picture to ask if a marble effect could be done, if not i would have been glad to choose something else. The woman stated she could it but that was not the case. It was obvious that she was not trained to do so and I was still charged extra for this design. The nails came out crooked and uneven and my cuticles were flaky and dry. I was charged far more than most places and the final result was not even worth half of the price.

I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years and when the owner changed (less than 1 year ago) I was very upset because Kim was a very nice and professional master. But after I was assured on the phone that everything would be done no worse, I came and was really very happy with the result. Lam is a very qualified master!!! And all the more so, all the subsequent events look very dirty and dishonest! I have been using acrylic nails for over 20 years due to necessity. Depending on time and money, I visit the salon not every 2 weeks (as RECOMMENDED, not REQUIRED), but usually 4-6 weeks. And I have never had any problems with even a less qualified technician. I sometimes did nail renewal once a year and everything was fine and everyone was happy! I had a normal relationship with Lam, or so it seemed to me. One day he decided to change my nails, although I asked him to do only a refill, I was surprised, but kept quiet. And in vain. And then at the beginning of December I noticed that he was doing a refill in some other technique. When saying goodbye, I said that I would come before the New Year. Lam, laughing, answered that "we will see each other soon". A week later, 2 of my nails flew off, for no reason. When I came, he just hid and another girl did these nails for me. I paid, since it was not her fault. A week later, I lost 2 more nails! Apparently, this is how Mr. Lam decided to fix the problem of frequency of visits and earning money!!! When I came to the salon, he was busy with another client and I said that I would wait. When he was free and I started making claims against him, he started running around the salon and yelling that I come once every 3-4 months and that's why my nails are falling off. But this is complete nonsense!!! Everyone who does this procedure understands that it is impossible. In the end, he said that he would not do anything and that I should go to another salon. How is that? I sat for an hour and should leave with nothing? Then another master did everything for me, I paid, although she did not want to take it (Lam said not to take it). But I also do not want to be indebted to a dishonest person. Lam is also dishonest in that he never talks about a 15% discount at the beginning of the week! It has already been written here (in previous reviews) about the violation of work ethics. Here there is simply a rude attitude towards clients and impudence in making money by any means. I think this case deserves publicity in consumer protection agencies! And I will try to do everything so that this person loses his license to provide services. I do not recommend this salon to anyone! And I will wait until a more adequate owner appears there!

I returned to show the owner that there were definite ridges from my cuticles to the nail and that one of the nails was coming off. I was told that putting clear polish on it would fix it......it did not. And glue was applied to the nail that was coming off. A couple of days later, I returned because another nail was coming off. I was told that it was because of the glue. Once again glue was applied to the nail. When both nails started coming off again, I just decided to take them all off. I went to this spot for the first time. Because my other place was booked. From the minute i was receive the customer service was disgusting. Every time I pointed out that a nail was not filed properly or something of the sort, the girl was so rude and on the defensive, tho I was calm and respectful. She ended up doing a very crappy job, she did not apply herself and rushed through everything.. all i wanted was shellac with a layer of gel base coat to strengthen​ my nail... my real nails. that she cut super short in the end. Instead she proceded to apply powder... uv "gel poweder" when I got to the cash I was charged for something i never asked for and since I had been politely expressing my disatifaction, I was expecting a better ending AT LEAST A SORRY. When I got to the grocery store where I was heading next, I realised that THE GEL POLISH was bubleing up... As calm as I had been and walk out after getting all the info I needed. NOW IM TAKING IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE HIGHER! If it were a black girl hitting a customer like that, she wouldve been handcuffed long time allready. Im tired of that scenario. She will learn that you dont put your hands on GROWN people and just carry on with life :) Since the ownership changed, the place OBVIOUSLY IS CRAP! Never going elsewhere than my usual place ever again.
