We live in Marshall so we felt it would be best for all of us to keep her close. We chose for her to go to Medilodge. After her being there for almost a month she is home. Thank Goodness! We couldn't be more pleased with the care she received at Medilodge! From the housekeeper's to the food worker's the Aids the Nurses the Doctor's the clerical staff PT,OT just a great bunch of very helpful workers! I work in the health field and I understand working short and being very busy it happens everywhere but even working short they were still very respectful to our mom. The place was clean and my mom actually liked the food. She joined in on the MANY activities they offer on a daily basis and I truly believe that played a big part in her rehab. Chuck M sat and talked with me and worked with me to begin to overcome the pain and begin a PT regiment for success. I have worked with most of the therapists there and, they all know their stuff and adjust my therapy based on my condition on that day. The staff at the counter are top-notch also. Scheduling and adjusting schedules are always met with understanding smiles. If there is a downside, although very small, there never seems to be donuts for patients. (Inside joke) . Then she just glared at me, so I told her we are new. She grumpily asked for our insurance cards and driver's licenses. In the meantime, my husband noticed her not wearing a mask and asked if the chiropractors wore masks. She haughtily replied that it's not necessary. Then, when I said I don't know if we want to be seen by people who aren't wearing masks, she gleefully handed our cards back, like she just couldn't wait to be rid of us. When I said you'd think a healthcare operation would know better, she laughed sarcastically. And just turned away and started helping someone else. Needless to say, we did NOT stay. It's people and businesses like this that remain the reason we are not getting this virus under control anytime soon. And those of us who have been doing the safe things from the start have to continue to suffer and not have a life because too many others are acting like the pandemic never happened, or that it's over now. We are beyond frustrated.

I thought Dr. Pinnell was great when I went for my medical exam. However, since the exam, I cannot…read moreget answers to any questions. I was told to pay $300 three months ago for them to review my medical records to help get my certificate completed. I have emailed multiple times asking if this was done, and they will not answer the question, but keep telling me that I need to send more money (now $900 more) for them to complete everything. They won't tell me why I can't obtain letters from my doctor myself, or what exactly they are doing. I strongly suspect the emails are coming from his staff as they are never signed. I have called and emailed multiple times requesting to speak directly with Dr. Pinnell and never get a return call. I believe this is all being intercepted by his staff, which is not right. I think that I did receive one actual email from him because he signed his name, but when I responded with a question, then he never responded, and I think it has been his staff since then. I ended up contacting another AME who confirmed that the information they are telling me is not correct. I contacted my doctor's office and confirmed they had never requested my medical records, and I emailed and asked for a refund since they never did the work. They gave me a vague answer about another AME having to take them off my record, but the FAA told me this is incorrect and they are the ones that have to do this. So now I am stuck and can't even move forward. They are basically holding my medical certificate hostage because they won't take themselves off my record and I can't move forward with another AME.

I made an appointment here to see if I could get answers. We set up a schedule after reviewing the results from her scans. Scans are hand held tools that collected the data he needed. For a month we went 3 times a week. Every visit was reassuring. Then we heard a loud pop her hip wasn't in place this whole time. After that the release of stress from her body was immediate. Her hips were finally in line and where they were supposed to be. We went less after that to get the rest aligned. To this day she says he fixed her and she is so happy. Now we are taking our oldest since he has scoliosis. Since he is growing I wanted to help get this corrected sooner than later. In his scans his muscles were definitely twisting all the way up. His head was being pulled to the side from this tension. After a couple weeks he got his head to look straight and we are still working on keeping the back straight. Dr. Cooper has several certifications on babies and kids. If your kids are having issues get them help before it gets more complicated.

I have spoken with Rebecca the office manager who is very rude and Barb the medical assistant is allowed to submit forms to the insurance company, illegible and wrong. Once again Dr. Bogan always tries to fix the situation, but the staff should not be working in healthcare. Today, I will speak with a Lawyer and file charges against them because, why am I being targeted? Is it because of the color of my skin or it because of my weight. I am a nurse myself and I am appalled by the experience and lack of compassion. I had a meeting with the office Manager Rebecca and Barb, and this problem still continues. The insurance has faxed the authorization and all my colleagues who are on Zepbound have not experienced this.
