We live in Marshall so we felt it would be best for all of us to keep her close. We chose for her to go to Medilodge. After her being there for almost a month she is home. Thank Goodness! We couldn't be more pleased with the care she received at Medilodge! From the housekeeper's to the food worker's the Aids the Nurses the Doctor's the clerical staff PT,OT just a great bunch of very helpful workers! I work in the health field and I understand working short and being very busy it happens everywhere but even working short they were still very respectful to our mom. The place was clean and my mom actually liked the food. She joined in on the MANY activities they offer on a daily basis and I truly believe that played a big part in her rehab. I'm honking my horn, as she is the one who almost caused the accident, and she has the nerve to honk her horn and throw her hands up like it's my fault... so I make a phone call to the building, spoke with an older lady named Marilyn, who didn't understand anything I just said to her. They apparently don't take this seriously enough. So we'll just wait for an accident!

Chuck M sat and talked with me and worked with me to begin to overcome the pain and begin a PT regiment for success. I have worked with most of the therapists there and, they all know their stuff and adjust my therapy based on my condition on that day. The staff at the counter are top-notch also. Scheduling and adjusting schedules are always met with understanding smiles. If there is a downside, although very small, there never seems to be donuts for patients. (Inside joke) . My experience with these folks tells me you won't be disappointed with this excellent facility that offers professional care.

We were going to try out this chiropractor in Marshall yesterday, but the unmasked woman behind the…read moredesk was freakin' hateful from the start - never greeted us, didn't even look at us until I just stood there for a while. Then she just glared at me, so I told her we are new. She grumpily asked for our insurance cards and driver's licenses. In the meantime, my husband noticed her not wearing a mask and asked if the chiropractors wore masks. She haughtily replied that it's not necessary. Then, when I said I don't know if we want to be seen by people who aren't wearing masks, she gleefully handed our cards back, like she just couldn't wait to be rid of us. When I said you'd think a healthcare operation would know better, she laughed sarcastically. And just turned away and started helping someone else. Needless to say, we did NOT stay. It's people and businesses like this that remain the reason we are not getting this virus under control anytime soon. And those of us who have been doing the safe things from the start have to continue to suffer and not have a life because too many others are acting like the pandemic never happened, or that it's over now. We are beyond frustrated.
