The main pharmacists and others since have invariably been attentive and helped above and beyond the general care and caring. It has grown since the 22 years when I began as a customer. In all that time I have received exceptional attention. Once, recently, a single prescription was not delivered on time and when I called to find out what the happened the response was surprise with immediate remedying of the situation and bountiful apologies. Only once in 22 years and yet here on Yelp I read two negative reviews. Hard to figure out how that could have happened. They are by far the best and I have used many pharmacies in 5 cities of 3 countries. Thank you Advanced Health on Oakland near Centre!

Then month after month there were struggles to get simple things completed. I have waited over a month for refills with no movement, last week my husband followed up on these scripts and was told they weren't filling them since I already had a refill. I have new insurance and these aren't controlled substances so my husband reiterated to fill it now. Today after my husband received a refill and I spoke to the driver asking where mine was. I called the pharmacy and was transferred twice on my lunch break. I gave up and am finding a new pharmacy for myself and my family because they have proven once too many times by delaying scripts and writing the wrong scripts on pill packs they can't be trusted. Our health is at stake with these people.

She exited the room and relayed the information to Dr. Doan. He actually laughed and made negative reference as to how I was trying to diagnose myself. All patients try to figure out what is ailing them. He and another fellow outside the door then spoke about the dangers of prescribing medications to patients who could be money grubbing and get you in the end. Please be aware that your patients CAN hear you as we wait in the room. I rarely visit the doctor and am a productive professional in the community who is certainly not one of those money grubbing people out to get you. Dr. Doan was pleasant in the examining room, but please be aware that patients can hear you outside the room as well. You offended me and seem to be disgenuine in your approach to patient care. My family has gone to this facility for about 15 years. This visit was a sad day.

Dr. Tim tried two procedures, an Epidural and a Nerve Block and although I didn't have any relief he didn't throw opioids at me which others had done. He made a referral to a neurosurgeon and I have an appointment in September. They were all helpful and professional. I had been to two other pain clinics and this was by far the best. Definitely a 5.

I have actually had 3 different primary doctors here due to staffing changes, but had Dr. Rogers for the past year or so. She's great- very personable, easy to talk to, trustworthy. My prior doctors were good as well, as are any other people (PAs, etc) that I saw. I could always get in for an appointment when I needed to and always got things like follow-up calls and prescription refills taken care of timely. It can be hard to find a good doctor, especially just randomly selecting one close to home from the insurance list... but this luckily worked out. I recommend seeing Dr. Rogers.

O'Neill has a lack of compassion and a "because I said so" attitude…read more I needed a Pap smear and requested a smaller speculum due to excessive pain in a previous exam, and she agreed. The speculum was *agony* and I'm shaking in pain, even with Advil and a high pain tolerance. She then pauses and says she used the standard size "so she could see better." She moves on to collect the sample, saying it's just "discomfort." I felt so violated I went back to my car and cried. She lied to make a simple procedure easier on herself, causing her patient pain that didn't need to be there.

I was nervous coming in for my first exam and then subsequent minor procedures, but everyone made me feel comfortable. I was impressed that I never felt pressured regarding my life choices, which often can happen around other women and/or in conservative areas. I was particularly impressed on two separate occasions there-- once, I had a minor procedure which made me very nervous and I ended up having a bad reaction and sort of fainted. The staff was extremely kind and concerned, giving me water and juice, making an embarrassing situation much better. Another time that I happened to be there for an appointment, there was a car accident directly in front of the office, which happened to involve a pregnant patient. I watched it happen and then watched the staff jump into action, calling for help, assisting the drivers and the child, making sure everything was okay. All during this time, they continued to serve myself and the other patients as well. If I didn't move too far away, I'd absolutely continue seeing this provider.
