In all that time I have received exceptional attention. Once, recently, a single prescription was not delivered on time and when I called to find out what the happened the response was surprise with immediate remedying of the situation and bountiful apologies. Only once in 22 years and yet here on Yelp I read two negative reviews. Hard to figure out how that could have happened. I have waited over a month for refills with no movement, last week my husband followed up on these scripts and was told they weren't filling them since I already had a refill. I have new insurance and these aren't controlled substances so my husband reiterated to fill it now. Today after my husband received a refill and I spoke to the driver asking where mine was. I called the pharmacy and was transferred twice on my lunch break. I gave up and am finding a new pharmacy for myself and my family because they have proven once too many times by delaying scripts and writing the wrong scripts on pill packs they can't be trusted. Our health is at stake with these people.

All patients try to figure out what is ailing them. He and another fellow outside the door then spoke about the dangers of prescribing medications to patients who could be money grubbing and get you in the end. Please be aware that your patients CAN hear you as we wait in the room. I rarely visit the doctor and am a productive professional in the community who is certainly not one of those money grubbing people out to get you. Dr. Doan was pleasant in the examining room, but please be aware that patients can hear you outside the room as well. You offended me and seem to be disgenuine in your approach to patient care. My family has gone to this facility for about 15 years. This visit was a sad day.

Today, I will speak with a Lawyer and file charges against them because, why am I being targeted? Is it because of the color of my skin or it because of my weight. All the posts I read are false and clearly from the view of those who as I like to call it "had not experienced enough pain" yet to stop their addiction. A Forever Recovery is the ONLY treatment center that I have been too, and I have been to many on my own journey battling addiction for 20 years, that offers a multitude of treatment modalities along with external NA/AA meetings, their staff would come in on their days off and take us to church if we wanted to go, we built genuine bonds and relationships with the staff. Many of the staff were in recovery themselves and that was important to me as I always found it hard to become comfortable opening up to somebody who learned "from a book" vs those who had "life experience" and could relate to me.
