The receptionists are friendly, and the lobby is small. Receptionists were always prompt about giving me at least 48 hours notice of my appointment time which I really appreciated. Dr. Vorperian is kind, but he's not warm - he's very direct which I could understand why patients might find him off-putting. However, I never felt he was unprofessional, mean, or anything else besides helpful. He provided me with relief and set up a temporary crown for an eventual permanent crown. The entire process took about two months, but that was only because my insurance needed to approve it, not the office. Overall, I had a positive experience.
