He's been my dentist for almost 30 years. The best most honest dentist I've ever seen (of course I've only had two) :)

There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! And look how horrible it looks

That was all it took. He was stuck with us after that! The moment I had dental insurance, I brought my entire family to his practice. Over the years, Dr. Gosleib and his wonderful team have taken the time not only to care for our teeth, but also to genuinely get to know us. They remember what is happening in our lives, ask follow-up questions, and somehow make going to the dentist feel like catching up with friends, just with more instruments in your mouth. Recently, during what I thought would be a completely routine cleaning, they discovered a problem with one of my front teeth. Thanks to Dr. Gosleib's quick decision-making and thoughtful referral, I should be able to save my tooth. I am incredibly grateful that they caught the problem when they did. After seven years, I don't think of Dr. Gosleib and his team as simply our dental office anymore. They have become friends who also happen to make sure we keep all our teeth! Thank you, Dr. Gosleib and team, for the kindness, excellent care, and genuine concern you have shown my family over the years.

Marianna, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and patient both on the phone and in person. She went out of her way to get me in the same day and made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. Her effort alone made such a difference. Andrew took the time to walk me through the entire medical process in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to explain what to expect and was especially helpful and accommodating when it came to discussing payment options, really working with my situation instead of rushing me through it. The dentist was also extremely efficient and thoughtful--she was attentive to my concerns and even checked in to make sure I wasn't waiting too long, which spoke volumes about how much she actually cares about her patients' experience. This is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever been treated at a medical facility. The level of professionalism, empathy, and effort from the entire team is rare. I haven't met the surgeon yet, but based on everything so far, I have complete confidence in this clinic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Yesterday, I had an amazing experience while getting my teeth pulled. Dr. Kalasho did lovingly "scold" me, but it came from a place of genuine care and concern. I truly felt like a VIP--watching Netflix with a weighted blanket, under-eye patches, and even provided reading glasses so I could relax comfortably while enjoying my movie. This morning, I woke up with no pain, just some expected soreness in my jaw, but no discomfort in the treated area. I was even able to go to work without any issues. A huge thank you to Misha, Dr. Kalasho, and the entire team for checking in on me, making sure I was comfortable, offering water, and ensuring I didn't doze off. Your care and kindness mean so much!

I had no problems with the work done, or at least I though so.. In the spring of 2025, I went for a checkup, and Dr Kalasho was on leave and her replacement told me I developed another 2 cavities... just a few months after the original cavity was fixed. I couldnt believe my ears and I agreed to fix it. However, they had just closed the Hollywood office, and the closest location would have then been in Beverly Hills and I had no interest in visiting not even once. And I didnt have time to look for a new denist in the area. Fast forward to the spring 2026, I went to 2 different reputable denists in the area and they both said I had no cavity in that tooth.. I was in awe. Questions came flashing back.. Why every time did I have to sign the waiver 10x longer and more specific than at other denist's I have gone to? Why I was charged 5k for a crown that another denist said did not have that u-shape that teeth have to block most of the food in between the teeth? Was it as bad as I was made to believe? I don't know. But my suspicious makes sense. The office and the equipmennt that looked better than I have seen in Hollywood movies. Friendly chit-chat WITH LITERALLY EVERYONE in the office. Talking about families, sharing personal stories, laughing together. And then the friendly by the way reminder.. Do you want to prepay? Let's take care of this bill right away etc etc. At the end of the day, however, I couldnt shake the feeling how forced the interactions appeared. Too good to be true, fake. Well.. now, I know for sure.
