Consumers Beware when having a fence installed by Broken J Fencing.

On or around May 10, 2022, I entered into a contract with Lowes Home Improvement Store # 1060 on Tryon Street to install an Aluminum fence.
Lowes used Broken J Fence as the sub-contractor to install our fence.
The contractors did not install the fence panels, gates, or corner post correctly. Some of the fence panels were touching the ground while others were 3.5 inches in height. Also, per the contract that I signed with Lowes, the joining end cap post(s) were supposed to bump/butts up to neighbor's fence per HOA requirements. The contractors left a 3.5-inch gap between my fence and the neighbor's fence.
Please let the record show that I paid extra money for a special-order of panels that did not include spikes on the bottom rail. However, with the high and low panel inconsistencies defeats the purpose of the special-order fencing.
Broken J Fence representative (Ed (980) 406-4902) sent a text message on October 5, 2022, stating that he would get with Lowes and take care of the matter. As of November 5, 2022, the fence has not been repaired
