We have neighbors who have been waiting 6 months on Vinyl privacy fencing from other local companies and big box stores. Although the fence was finally finished this week, I feel like I had to stay on the company constantly. They didn't measure correctly, so they didn't order enough fence parts, so they had to come back 3 different times to finish. I do feel that the cost of what I received was a bit overstated. read more

We wanted the aluminum fence they installed to connect to the front of our retaining wall and as they were doing the installation, the installers realized that there would be a large gap between the post and the wall because of how the wall was built. They did some troubleshooting, communicated the concern to me along with some options they thought of and came up with a great solution! I really appreciated them recognizing that there was an issue, taking the time to think it through and communicate with me. We hired this company to install vinyl fence in the middle of last year. They came on the day that we were scheduled on. Installed the fence within that day but did not finish with the gate. They said that they forgot to order some parts and as soon as they get them they gonna come back and finish the job. I paid in full that day and they never came back. I call them every week and they are saying that still waiting for the parts. Seriously??? For more than 6 months??? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I will be as professional as I can in this review. I was speaking with Brandon from Fenceitforu, and everything started great, he seemed like he was willing to work with me on my requests and we were moving along in the process. Long story short, I was in conjunction working with my landscape company as they needed to clear some shrubs and brush along the back for Brandon to do his work. Brandon asked me if he would want me to put in the order to get the lines marked, I replied back letting him know that I will keep him posted as I am awaiting for my landscape company to get back to me to make sure it aligned with the dates. This is where it goes downhill and takes a complete 180, Brandon replies letting me know that if I do not get back to him, my date will be pushed back at least 3 to 4 more weeks. I simply voiced that it sounds like a sales pitch for me to pull the trigger. As a business owner, this could have easily been handled by reassuring me that it is not, but instead, Brandon's next few messages (which I've kept for proof) become unprofessional and agitated. He tells me that he has shown his Dad (which I'm not sure why that was relevant to our conversation) and tells me "you're out". So I apologized and told him that this could have easily been re-mediated with a simple 'no' or reassurance that it was not a sales pitch and I would have understood and we could have moved forward. I told him if he cannot handle potential customers questioning something every now and then, that that is his prerogative, and that I would be leaving a review. This next bit just irks me the most and see it as a threat, but his next reply was "And I will be responding. My lawyers name is ***** he is the best lawyer in Charlotte. Been my lawyer for 25 years and he loves me!" Not entirely sure what that has anything to do with it, but nothing was signed, and he was the one that called it off, not me. But I take this as a blessing in disguise and glad I did not move forward with them. I ended up speaking with a reputable fencing company, saw me the following day 4/4/18, gave me a better deal and price, and best part was he put the call in to get the gas and electric lines marked mid week and they showed up Monday 4/9/18, and he installed my fence 4/10/18.
