From the moment we walked in, Bethany was warm, welcoming, and especially great with my niece. She helped calm her nerves, explained what to expect in a way that was easy to understand, and made the whole experience feel a lot less intimidating. That kind of reassurance goes a long way, especially for a kid. She was also super organized and professional--handling check-in, answering our questions about aftercare, and making sure everything was set before the piercing even started. It really felt like she cared about making this a positive experience for both of us. Even though the piercer did a great job, Bethany's kindness and attentiveness made a big difference. We really appreciated her and would absolutely recommend this place because of the great service she provided.
