We were in a pinch after 4 local printers busted our budget or couldn't meet our 14 day deadline. Broken Arrow knocked it out of the park! *Worst apparel experience* I order 100+ T-shirts and 50+ sweatshirts & sweatpants every year with my group. I like Image Market, occasionally Custom Ink - both good (Image Market is the best, though). My students really wanted tie dye though, and at the time only BAW had teal/black like they wanted. The gist: -Ordering was fine, very nice service to start. -The orders took a long time to come in. Weeks. There was an event I wanted them for and they didn't make it in time. :( -The sweatshirts bled out onto a white table they were laid on -Sweatshirts bled onto student's arms and skin.. literally green necks on children. -BAW apparel stained other clothing in the wash, but there are no instructions - i.e. wash alone in cold, etc.! Help a sister out! -Tshirts were shorter and smaller than other brands -Tshirts fade quickly after washing, wrinkle easily -Thin material (tshirts), super warm and thick (sweatshirts/pants) but will shrink. -Inconsistencies among colors. When I told them all the Larges were the wrong color, they asked for pictures and for me to send a few back in the mail. (Fine, but inconvenient.) Next, they said they wanted them ALL back to exchange. For what...? The items are in my school colors and activity logo? You can't resell them. I've NEVER heard of a company that wanted personalized items back to exchange. It's simply too much work to collect them personally from every single kid and get a huge box to the post office. The reason they gave? "We can use them for rags." SMH. -Prices. Reading all this you're probably thinking, "Oh - she got these for a good deal, right?" Nope! The T-shirts were actually more expensive than other companies, both local and national (who would never ask me to send back defective product) -The waistband on the sweatpants is ridiculously tight -The beanies were nice quality, and the logo was done well. -Dealing with attempting to get the correct color in the Larges (at least) and the bleeding colors, they suddenly turned very cold and full of attitude. BAW must pressure their reps to not do any refunds, because they were so curt. How sad. I never did get my replacement Larges, because it's more time and energy than I had this year. Bonus: After my conversations with Image Market, they are now offering tie dye. Whoo! I will never use this company again. I recommend you don't either. read more

***WARNING*** Ordered 24 shirts for our business. Breanna was our contact and we ordered the shirts she said were top quality etc... When we received the shirts they were super thin, some had holes and our artwork was crocked. Completely unacceptable. We called to let them know and to request a refund or something to fix the problem and the money we spent. We took pictures of the wholes and the poor quality T-shirts. There was a lot of back and forth, they wanted us to send some back, which we agreed to. They decided to not have a send them back and they would credit us for a few shirts. We still ended up paying over $400 as a new business. We couldn't even sell them. We ended up giving most of them away. We still have a few that we can't even convince anyone to take. When I reached out to their customer care team they didn't seem concerned at all with assisting me fix the issue, only with trying to upsell me on their "minimum amount" allowed for a new order. Yikes, After reading the reviews here... I'm surprised why I didn't check into these people before. I bought shirts from Broken Arrow back in 2019. I ordered these shirts for my fans as a treat for helping me reach a certain amount of subscribers. I specifically ordered 33 Gildan 5000 shirts. The experince was a little on the expensive side but I bit the bullet because this was for the people who supported me as a creator. Everything was all good and dandy, the shirts were of decent quality until I got a complaint from a viewer who said that the design washed out IN ONE WASH. I was left confused, I thought Gildan was a good brand. I had no one to go to and I was pretty sure that Broken Arrow wasn't going to help me because it was ultimately on me. *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY *** I ordered 2 shirts from them and the entire process was a struggle. First off their website is not user friendly and it was difficult to retrieve saved designs. The customer support was horrible and after i took pics of the shirts they sent me ( which all the designs were crooked ) and sent the pics to them and they admitted they were crooked. They wanted me to mail the shirts back and refund me my money. It would take me a ton of my time to get my money back so i guess i will have to take it on the gin and chalk it up as a loss. One thing I would like to call out to anyone who's had a terrible experience with Broken Arrow. File a claim/dispute with Paypal. Even if you used your CC to make the payment, if you have a legitimate issue with what they have done file the claim with paypal. I'm never one to write negative reviews, but Broken Arrow Wear has earned this (actually I'd love to be able to give them 0). The 1 star isn't about their product, or their website, the 1 star is about how they treat you as a customer and as a human. I've never dealt with a less ethical, more dishonest, less caring company in my life. Everything about them is disappointing. All of that being said we've ordered from them for several years. The quality is not good. I just recently received my order and I noticed that there was discoloration(specks) in the red and that the white looked very grainy, almost spotted like salt and pepper in places. Washed it a few times and that made it worse. read more

STOLE MY MONEY! (avoid). I ordered $200 of custom shirts for my Euroean music tour. The shirts never arrived and I ordered similar items from Rush Order Tees, which sent them promptly. Meanwhile, Broken Arrow Wear alleged that I gave them the wrong street number to my brother's address of forty (40) years, where I was putting my tour together from. He lives out in the country on 33 acres and there are only a few other houses on the street, so IF Broken Arrow Wear actually mailed them, the postman would have delivered them to my brother, notwithstanding any street number mistake. The supposed wrong address is a vacant lot down the street. When I contacted them, I verified my brother's address, told them that I ordered the items elsewhere and requested a refund, which was denied. Instead of shipping the items there, they apparently sent me an email (buried somewhere in the Gmail thread) which I did not see since I was now in Europe, asking if they could ship the items to my brother's address. When I returned from Europe, I verified that my brother had never received anything, so I contacted Broken Arrow to request either a refund or that they ship the items. They responded that they threw the items out and again denied a refund. I have no idea whether I inadvertently hit "1123" instead of "1223" for my brother's address or what the postman might say about all of this, but why did they throw out the items (not bulky, not a 300 piece order or anything) and refuse to refund my money? I got nothing for my nearly $200. Even if it was my mistake, why not just hold onto the items or ship them to the verified address? I have no way of knowing whether they were ever actually made or shipped. Even if I were the at-fault party, I would never do business with Broken Arrow again, this is not good customer service. Take your business elsewhere! UPDATE: I posted the same review on Google, and Broken Arrow Wear responded, saying that they "reached out to me multiple times" b ut in reality, it was I that contacted them multiple times, asking for a refund. They refused to either do that or ship the items. They locked Google so that I can't respond to them. Broken Arrow did an amazing job on my order. I had to order a relatively small amout of shirts with a somewhat complex logo on the back, a logo that had a lot of colors. Other sites I went tried were not flexible. At the other sites it was either order a mass quantity or print the logo in one or two colors. Broken Arrow was flexible and made it work for me and the shirts came out beautiful. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for their flexibility, customer service, and quality. read more

Broken Arrow makes all the shirts for our charity and our events. We order probalty 1,000 shirts a year for six or seven years now. Their attention to detail is amazing. I thiknk they have gooten one shirt wrong out of the last 2,000 shirts or more. I don't know how they do it. Now, it is important -- no matter what business you deal with -- to put your order and your specifications in writing. That way there's no confusion. If you call them on the fly and forget things, then that's on you. I deal with Jill S. and she provides extraordinary customer service, as do the other associates who occasionally fill in. Now, if I had a criticism, it would be that their management team does not reach out to their major customers to make sure they are happy, even after thousands of dollars of annual purchases. The management team sometimes does not seem connected to the good efforts of their associates. In any business, if you take your best customers for granted, they are soon to find another business partner. But overall this is the place we buy all our custom printed shirts and we have not found any other supplier who can compare with quality, selection and service. read more

Terrible customer service - please just work with your customers. They blatantly refused to fix the issues brought to them. I will be finding a different vendor in the future. I ordered 25 jackets through Broken Arrow, and while some arrived in the right size, 6 of our larger sizes came incorrectly marked. We could lay the Medium and Large on top of one another and they were the exact same size. Broken Arrow's customer service did nothing to amend this issue. The first representative we spoke to refused to acknowledge the issue. We spoke to a second representative who asked we send the faulty jackets back to measure them themselves, and then refused to acknowledge the issue and simply sent the jackets back to us. We ordered the jackets based entirely on the sizing chart, and now 6 of my team members cannot fit the jackets that were ordered. My team was given a certain budget to purchase jackets and we did so assuming that the size chart given would be accurate, but it seems I will need to take my business elsewhere in the future. After their lack of customer service and refusal to acknowledge their customer's complaints, I will never do business with them again. I suggest finding a different vendor. read more

I've now had two massively awful experiences with Broken Arrow. The first time they sent me boxes of someone else's order. Broken Arrow didn't arrange for UPS or anyone to pick up these giant boxes of someone else's order. Instead, I was tasked with taking them to the UPS store for them, while my order was held hostage. Obviously, I ended up getting my order late. I was able to overlook the shipping mix up because the quality was solid, the first time. The second time I ordered from them, they only shipped half my order, with no explanation or warning of why and this was after my shipment had already been delayed. When I contacted them, all I got was an "oh I dunno". They sent the rest of my order out two weeks late. When I finally got the rest of my order, all the prints were blurry and none were folded and bagged, a service I had paid for. What's even worse, multiple customers have wrote me complaining that their shirts become destroyed on the first wash. I've had to refund customer after customer, as they send in their pictures of the awful Broken Arrow Wear printed products. When contacted about this, and about the order being late, and about the order missing parts, customer service has never made any gesture to repair or compensate. Even now, they won't even answer emails. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Broken Arrow Wear will ruin your business's reputation. read more

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with for ordering t-shirts. Customer service is rude, and even when there's issues with their online ordering system, the customer is at fault in their eyes. They messed up my shipment and told me it was my error, until I emailed them proof of the missing items from a packing slip I received. I wish I read the reviews about Broken Arrow's customer service before submitting my order! I spent $80 on T-Shirts for my sisters birthday present... but I never got the shirts. The only thing customer service did, after many back and forth emails, was give me a tracking number to contact USPS. The tone of the emails were careless and lacked responsibility for assistance in finding out about my order; they too quickly absolved themselves of responsibility once it was put into the delivery service's hands. As far as I'm concerned, service should work so that the transaction is finished once the customer has the product. I wish I could comment on the quality of shirts, but unfortunately I won't ever have them - I asked if I could pay for new shirts at the price of cost and shipping but they only offered me an $8 discount on a new order. I needed a nice quality looking hoodie with our company logo that would represent the company and make our courier drivers look good every time we presented ourselves to the customer. I found a local embroidery shop that would have had the job done within 5 days, so like if I dropped in Monday morning with the design, he would have it for me Friday afternoon. Only issue was that he was a little expensive $95 and he didn't have 80/20 material Cotton/Polyester. So I went online and inquired to a couple of companies. Some companies were a bit lower in price and some wanted a 6 minimum order. I found Broken Arrow Wear and specifically wrote on their inquiry web site: "I want a hooded sweatshirt with zipper 80/20 cotton/poly. Can it be done, I just need one for now, Then if the rest of the crew likes it, possible 10 more." Along with it I sent a decal type jpg of the design. I need to point out that the representative seemed very good at what she did as a sales person. So as our email conversations trolled along from Feb 19, 2013 to Mar 1, 2013, I finally received my jacket and shirt on March 18, 2013 with the SHOCK of a silk screened logo, their term is called "digital print" Throughout our emails I mentioned embroid 5 times, that should have been a flag to figure out I want an embroidered product. I sent them an example on how our jackets look with our embroidered logo and told them I wanted it this way. I never got to speak with a supervisor, but from their representative the Biggies said it's my issue. Not even a compromise, the only thing they would do is redo the order with a minimum of 6 jackets. I would of paid for the one jacket, but there is no way I will pay for 6 jackets especially if I'm just testing to see what it looks like, $74.42 is a lot of money especially if I'm doing this on my own for the company. What makes it bad is when you go and proof the final design on their website, it only gives you one choice to pick the art design which reads "Digital" I've worked with embroidery and I had to scan pictures and we called it a "Digital Design" To me on their website they should have 2 options to choose. "Print" and "Embroidery", just like what they advertise on their website. After all the hoopla, I actually took the time to check out the silk screen logo and it's bad. This was the reason why I don't like silk screen logo's for company attire, it just cheapens who you represent. Anyways, I have no grudges with the sales people, they just have a job to do. But I do have animosity against the higher ups. They saw the picture and they knew what I was wanting and they understand a mistake was made between myself, the sales person and their website. To this day I never understood why rating systems don't allow you to give 0 Stars. Normally I'm very diligent in researching a company and read the reviews quite often. In a time crunch to open my latest venue I was forced to order shirts on the fly and did not research this company. That was a terrible mistake. I placed an order for 200 shirts it was a $2,500 invoice ,out of the 200 shirts 28 of them were sizes 3 x -5x before placing the order I called the company to make sure that I had the right item number. The item number I was given apparently was for a regular size shirt and not tall's. All of the plus-size shirts were supposed to be talls and I did not receive them. Upon contacting the customer service department and being referred to Mary the highest-ranking employee, she said that there was nothing they can do because there is no record of me calling. Instead of replacing the 28 shirts, they denied that it was their mistake.I offered to send the 28 shirts back and they can give me a refund since I can't use the shirts because they don't fit anyone. They denied that as well ,I offered to work with them on the amount of shirts, style, cut and color choice to make it more affordable for both of us they denied that option as well. They did however offer me a 10% discount the same discount a senior citizen gets just for being old. They told me I can place an new order for the 28 shirts I need but it will be an additional $500 so the 10% discount would have only taken $50 off. Let's review 200 shirts ordered $2,500 spent. The recommendation was to spend an additional $500 after I already paid for tall sizes and only give me a $50 discount for the mix-up. This is not how you do business.After seeing all the negative reviews I can understand why. Complete lack of customer service, employees that should be fired. I've already filed a dispute with my bank and opened a claim against them with the better business bureau. Upon leaving this negative review I plan to leave them negative reviews on social media as well. Company refused to print .png file I sent them accurately, as it appeared in the file. Company printed large areas of magenta as fire-engine red, refused to reprint T-shirts with colors on the file I sent them. Gave me a 50% refund, but refused to reprint the T-shirts accurately. I asked customer service the manufacturer and model of the machine they used to print the T-shirts, because resolution was good, but colors were wrong. Thought I could print T-shirts myself with different ink cartridges. Company refused to provide name of manufacturer or model. I placed three orders with the company for custom embroidered polos (3 orders, three colors). I received the items, and they were printed incorrectly; I reached out to customer support, and there seemed to have been a discrepancy. The system sent me a link for artwork approval, and the images shown were those that I originally submitted. The company claims that the proof was a picture of what was (incorrectly) printed. We went back and forth about this, I sent my email threads and links I received, and the company has no interest in helping me. I spent almost $500 on these shirts, and they are essentially telling me the misprint is my fault, and that's that. I told the customer service rep that I would have many purchases in the future, and I would appreciate a little bit of leniency; she didn't care. No offer for even a small credit towards new shirts, no apologies for the apparent misunderstanding from their system, nothing. I won't be doing any more business with this company. read more

If I could I would give zero stars. I paid a total of $150 for original artwork design and mock-ups . Rather than providing original art, their artist took images off the Internet which wound up being copyrighted images. By so doing, I was forced into obtaining copyright permissions from the original artist. Their theft of art from the Internet was an unpleasant fiasco to put it mildly. The copyright permissions cost me an additional $500. When confronted by the agent for the artist of the artwork that was copied, they lied and told the agent that I had given them the illustration and they had no idea that it was a copyrighted image. The company was also advised of a firm deadline when I first contacted them 1-1/2 months in advance of our event. The company dragged their feet until our expected delivery date would be after our event was over. While advertising that they cover the cost of shipping, they procrastinated so long that we were forced to pay for the expedited shipping costs. When I requested my initial quotes, I specifically asked for quotes for the minimal number of shirts we could possibly order so as I'd know what to collect from our club members. After collecting from our club members and placing the order, the final invoices were much higher than what I was quoted. Very unprofessional and extremely unethical company. Will never do business with them again. I'd highly recommend others steer clear as well. read more
