We stopped in to a couple of tattoo parlors in Hayden and CDA. This was by far the cleanest one with very professional artists. They were technically closed but let us come in and get work done. They have a minimum (I think it was $60) but you get what you pay for. Our artist Jake/ Jacob drew our art then made the changes we asked. He used one color on my cousin and 4 colors on mine. Quick and painless. Friendly artists. Great shop overall.

As always Wayne being the awesome artist he is, had no problem pickup right where we left off on Friday December 13th 2024. So a big "Thank You" once again to my favorite tattoo artist Wayne! I will not trust anyone right now except for Emma to do my ink.

Chris and Aiden are rad. I've been looking around for a local shop since we moved here 4 years ago…read more The attitude and vibe in the shop is classic and comfortable, they wrap everything and it is spotless in there. The music wasn't too loud and conversation was easy. I am hard of hearing so chaotic and noisy environments are often difficult to deal with, but that's not an issue at this shop. I got a pretty simple tattoo since it was my first time there and I had my tattoo done by Aiden. He did a flawless and crisp job and I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend this place and I will be a regular here.

As a tattoo artist, Chris Winn is not only skilled, talented, and precise, but his work always…read moregarners compliments and -obviously- was way beyond my expectations. Bold, enduring line work & tasteful use of colors complemented by his use of 'open space.' That enables the tatt to 'read' better from a distance & wears without fading. Here are three examples of Winn's artistry (see attached/embedded). Notice two of these are years old and in a very visible area that is subject to solar fading or skin care abuse. These tatts last & are unique to MY story. The last one was a difficult cover-up - I do not know how he accomplished such a successful cover-up. Hey, I have never witnessed a better eagle -and I served 32 years in the US armed forces, so I have seen thousands of tattoos. Almost as important, Chris is a stellar chap with a vast array of skills in music, other art styles (his American Old School mastery is rivalled by his Asian/Japanese capabilities), mentoring aspiring tattooists, & insightful conversation. Tattoos are a life-long investment. Do it Right, First Time, & enjoy the Bragging Rights!

We went back without reservations within 10 minutes. We got Kim! I can't imagine a better person to do it. She's a total pro and is opinionated when you want her to be. We had some uncertainties about placement and she knew exactly what to do. It doesn't hurt as much as you think! I would say the pain lasts for like five seconds just while it's happening and it's more like pressure than sharp pain. It was over before we knew it and then you don't really feel it after. The whole experience felt very customized and attentive, but it also went at a great pace. If I were coming back, I would make sure that we called ahead and knew that Kim would be there. She is a gem. We went because my daughter's friend had just had her ear cartilage pierced by Kim and highly recommended it. I hope they treat her very well!
