Worst shop in the world to go to! I do not recommend getting any kind of tattoo work done from Kenny. By far the slowest tattoo artist I have ever gone to. Will milk you for your money and shows up late to every appointment. He also blew me off after doing half my tattoo never finished it and would not call me back to set up an appointment to finish what he had started! I had to go to someone else to finish up his work which they did a better job in half the amount of time he would of done it in. I do not recommend anyone ever going to this shop! From the lady at the counter to EVERY artist in there, they made our experience super special, fun and completely put my daughter at ease (it was my her first tattoo). I'm not going to create drama, just being open and honest with experience and feedback. (This is an edited review from 2020 as I am always willing to update a review for better or worse) But any miscommunication by staff not reading throughly and jumping to conclusions immediately makes you at wrong, at fault and the bad guy!. Even if you attempt to clear up the miscommunication, won't matter, even apologizing when you did no wrong but value what you thought was a friendship and bond with your artist. You just get ignored. Now this is after the first arist ignored multiple requests to design the ink, and you are blown off multiple times as a new customer, like only flash work is wanted. And yet you give the business second chance and handle yourself as an adult.. (In retrospect, now maybe not all businesses deserve the 2nd chance) This comes across as childish and very unprofessional. Yes, the artwork is there. No denying.. But when you build or assume you build rapport after waiting patiantly months over months, between appointments, and over countless visits, and time in the chair. Sharing laughs, stories, etc. You would think any miscommunication happens. You would think that as a professional and adult, dialog would happen.. ****especially when artwork is NOT completed**** I guess it is easier not to have an adult conversation, even after waiting for a callback for xx months, nothing but crickets.. If you want flash art.. go for it.. but anything else. I would go somewhere else, especially if it takes multiple appointments to complete the work.. This is not an emotional just happened thing. I gave it time, time hoping bridges could be mended, artwork completed, etc.. now I don't believe that will happen. So, I want to share this experience with others. My friend, my twin, and I came in super last minute to see if we could get piercings and a tattoo. Kenny and Delilah were AMAZING. One of us got a nose piercing, one of us got a tattoo and the other got nipple piercings. Kenny and Delilah not only accommodated for us to get what we wanted in the small time slot they had in between clients, but they were super friendly and made us all feel VERY comfortable to ease our nerves.
