YES GO HERE!!! This was my first tattoo but I'm still going to say this place is the best despite not having much to compare to. I was so comfortable from start to finish and McKayla was incredibly patient and equally enthusiastic working with me. She is crazy talented and has a beautiful soul too! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. She took her time and the whole thing came out to be only $180. I don't think you could beat that price for such an amazing experience and work if you tried. 10/10 recommend Inksmith as the rest of the artists are just as kind and fun! I am so happy I chose this shop for my first. Also only a $20 deposit which goes into your final payment (cash only!) and their rate is an estimated $125 an hour. I've never had a tattoo so decided to do one more thing on my bucket list. I made an appointment with Aurora. I was almost to her shop for my appointment when she called to reschedule for an hour later. It would have been nice to have more than 15 minutes notice. I couldn't make it for later so we rescheduled for 2 days later. Then she minimized the fact that I didn't have to drive too far, not even considering it took me an hour to get there and back. I showed up for our next appointment right on time. She was not there as she decided to go get something to drink! She called me 7 minutes after the appointment time and said she would be another 7 minutes. When I reminded her that we had a 12:00 appointment her reply was "I'm aware". I think at this point we both had an attitude and there was no way I would have her do a tattoo for me! I'm sure there is a lot of talent at this shop, but her professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. read more

I've been tattooed here before and I really liked my tattoo. My wife and I set up for a tattoo appointment for our seventh wedding anniversary. We were already to go and we were on our way about three minutes out then they called us and canceled. One of the artist canceled because they had to go somewhere. But then they claimed they canceled for Covid reasons months later. I'm pretty pissed that they lied to us. I hope the artist that tattooing me doesn't work there anymore. Way better places to work. If you want quality work done definitely go to broken Arrow or literally anywhere else. These shops are a dime a dozen In North Idaho in Spokane. read more

All I have to say it this place and the people who work there are absolutely AMAZING artists and humans they take pride in their work and will help customize your tattoo . They don't just do it for the money they explain flow and how to accomplish what you want .They truly listen and give you feedback . My husband and I will be flying back from California to have Randal finish my sleeve and do his . I will not let anyone else tattoo me . I live in California and nothing else in my opinion compares to not only the quality work but The real people they are . Your not dealing with these big ego artists out there . These people are humble at their trade and their work and professionalism shows that they really are doing what they love! Can't say enough about this shop and the people I felt like family there . Randel had done all my work up until my last tattoo that he pulled a complete hack job on. Lines show, blotchy and couldn't even get the right shade that I wanted. what a disappointment..... been to this shop multiple times. had something done each time weather it was myself my wife or even a family member. we have spent a lot of money with randal. he never has really had good customer service.. -canceling appointments the day of them -not answering the phone ever -never returning voice mail -of course the cigarette break every hour -not to mention smelling like alcohol most the time(possibly hungover) the only thing that kept us going back was his art work. after this evening i will **never** be going back to his shop. i pulled up to the shop this evening at about 5. randal and an employee i am guessing were outside smoking. they do not acknowledge me, so i say hello myself. i ask them to give me a quote for my next peice, they simply ignored me and kept going with there conversation. i once again patently wait..... and tried to ask again still no response. (4-5 minutes go by) after standing out side smelling there smoke and vodka breath (bottle was on the stool next to them). i decided to walk away and take my business some where that actually cares about there customers. just amazing how piss poor service people have as a business owner. read more
