I'd rather be told an hour and then go get the order in an hour and it's ready when I'm there than be told 15 minutes and then I go there in 15 minutes and have to wait another 15 minutes at the bar. I hope that makes sense. I'd be happier with the hour wait time if it meant the food was ready to go than with with a 30 minute wait time but it means it's chaos and I have to wait while the kitchen gets the food together.
