They all were actually very good, I picked the one that was closest to my work and I scheduled showing. I met with Marvin and he was incredibly professional, honest and upfront. There was no weird feeling like with other agents I met recently and he was responding very fast to my messages. I applied in the evening and the next day in the morning i got the answer that I approved. However, after we submitted our application, he disappeared for weeks, ignoring multiple calls and messages. He finally confirmed our approval, but pushed us to pay an upfront broker fee to receive a discounted monthly rent, instead of just letting us pay the full advertised rent (which was listed with no broker fee). Because he was being incredibly pushy about the upfront fee, we felt uncomfortable and proposed a compromise: paying half the fee before moving in and the other half after moving. He refused. When we reiterated we would just pay the full advertised rent with no broker fee, he stopped responding completely. The communication was terrible and the experience was very frustrating. Avoid this broker.

He's helped me a lot and I can not recommend him enough as a property manager. He also manages one of my cousins house after he had to relocate and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in working condition and the tenants are happy.
