Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.

Shovels off septic tank and sticks his head in to take a peek, releases overflow valve(which was not pretty), and diagnoses that we've got ice in the pipe...a couple buckets of hot water and some elbow grease with the snake... Kaboom! Problem solved. Fair pricing, nice local guy - we joked around and he had a smile on his face the whole time...going to have him back to help us re-do a shower when the weather warms up.
