After spending 5 months recovering from a stress fracture and never fully being pain-free, I…read moredecided it was time to try a new doctor. I couldn't be happier with that decision. My previous doctor would spend no more than 5 minutes with me in the room and was telling me the only way to become truly pain-free was to get custom orthodics that would cost $300 and would need to be replaced each year. Enter Dr. Osborne... I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Osborne the same day I called, and he spent over an hour with my at my first appointment, explaining why I was having the pain and what he was going to do to fix me. And while he also recommended orthodics, his last at least 5 years. I'm currently marathon training, so the sooner I could be pain-free the better. Dr. Osborne put in some temporary padding to get me through the 3 weeks prior to the arrival of my orthodics and I couldn't be happier! If you are having any foot problems whatsoever, especially if you are a runner, see Dr. Osborne... you won't be disappointed!

The registration window can get backed up at times, but the staff are friendly. It did take a little longer to get back to my room with the doctor, but once there, everything was speedy. Dr. Fallis is great. He makes everything feel super approachable and breaks down his plan of action. It was super easy to schedule my follow-up appointment onsite. Overall, the people here seem great and have no reason why I wouldn't recommend them to others!

I should have left at that point. On top of that, they pushed for blood work that I didn't want and the phlebotomist had basically zero personality. If you have any kind of anxiety over your blood being drawn, she offers zero comfort. The last straw, the bloodwork ended up costing over $200 and the basic office visit was over the amount allowed for an office visit by my insurance (which has never happened elsewhere). No thanks.

She couldn't give me a straight answer on why that specific clinic doesn't cover such a basic thing in IUD insertion and when I pushed on why she hung up on me. I called back and another person answered and calmly (the last caller was starting to get snippy before she hung up) explained what the last chick did that it's "out of their hands". So I would recommend finding a better clinic that is more fair with their clients. Tried to get me scheduled for 3 appointments without even checking my insurance and if it was accepted there. They seem sketchy and even left me a snippy voicemail because I left an honest review after I canceled my appointment. Sorry not sorry. I had a bad experience in the past with a male ob/gyn who I later found out was pushing exams, medications and even surgeries that weren't necessary. He eventually lost his medical for inappropriate behavior with a patient; luckily I don't have to worry about that with the doctors at For Women. Be careful with who you trust with your bodies!

I'm leaving this review based on my experience while providing care to a resident at Maple Knoll…read more Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with what I witnessed. During my time there, I observed situations where a resident's call light remained on for an extended period while staff members were sitting in the hallway talking and laughing. I found myself having to assist with many of the resident's needs because staff were not responding as promptly as I would have expected. I understand that I am there to provide support, and I am more than willing to help, but there are certain things I cannot do because I do not have the same access or responsibilities as facility staff. I also witnessed interactions from some staff and therapy personnel that came across as impatient and unkind. Residents in a care facility deserve patience, dignity, compassion, and prompt attention--especially when they are asking for assistance. What bothered me most was seeing staff socializing and laughing in the hallway while a resident was waiting for assistance. Whether or not there were other circumstances I was unaware of, the situation did not give me confidence in the level of attentiveness being provided. I'm sharing this because I genuinely hope management takes these concerns seriously. The residents deserve better. They deserve to feel cared for, respected, and heard--not like they are an inconvenience.

I was so impressed with how caring, patient, and informative they were. They gave me precise guidelines of how to best care for him, as well as warning signs of things to look out for. They also gave me specific instructions of when to call them back if he got worse. As a fairly new mom, this made me feel so much better navigating my son being sick. I also see a doctor as my primary care physician. I have received great care all around.

I had to come here on numerous occasions for blood work on the sixth floor in 2018 and again recently. The parking is free and I never have to drive around and around to find a spot. My only petty complaint is walking in the cold from my car to the elevator lobby. The associates are friendly and professional. After checking in I only have to wait 5 minutes or less to get the blood work done. It has only taken one try to get the blood sample and the technique has been as quick and painless as can be expected. The results are are usually available in 2 days and can be viewed on my online account. Just off of the lobby is a pharmacy that can be used to pick up your medications making it a one stop visit for you. I go to my own outside pharmacy and have not tried the one here. This is also where the endocrinologist doctor's office is l go to is located.
