After spending 5 months recovering from a stress fracture and never fully being pain-free, I…read moredecided it was time to try a new doctor. I couldn't be happier with that decision. My previous doctor would spend no more than 5 minutes with me in the room and was telling me the only way to become truly pain-free was to get custom orthodics that would cost $300 and would need to be replaced each year. Enter Dr. Osborne... I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Osborne the same day I called, and he spent over an hour with my at my first appointment, explaining why I was having the pain and what he was going to do to fix me. And while he also recommended orthodics, his last at least 5 years. I'm currently marathon training, so the sooner I could be pain-free the better. Dr. Osborne put in some temporary padding to get me through the 3 weeks prior to the arrival of my orthodics and I couldn't be happier! If you are having any foot problems whatsoever, especially if you are a runner, see Dr. Osborne... you won't be disappointed!

The registration window can get backed up at times, but the staff are friendly. It did take a little longer to get back to my room with the doctor, but once there, everything was speedy. Dr. Fallis is great. He makes everything feel super approachable and breaks down his plan of action. It was super easy to schedule my follow-up appointment onsite. Overall, the people here seem great and have no reason why I wouldn't recommend them to others!

Don't go to this doctor. All he cares about is getting your money. I had a basic procedure done,…read morein the office with ingrown toenails removal on both toes. I developed severe scar tissue that didn't heal properly, when I went for my followup he noticed it and did nothing about it. A year later my Dermatologist was concerned and wanted me to do another followup with Dr. Chad Miller. When I arrived at my appointment to see him he said that I fell in the 1% chance of developing severe scars tissue and therr is nothing that can be done about it. Dr. Chad Miller told me that I can schedule an appointment with him again and will either do the ingrown toenail procedure again, or just cut out the scar tissue and stitch me up. I received a second opinion from another podiatrist, and was told that I would have been at risk from getting an infection, or it would cause more scar tissue if he proceeded with the procedure again. Dr. Chad Miller just didn't show any care or empathy with my concerns. I felt useless and traumatized from what he did to me. Cirrently I have to seek medical help from a different medical professional to help fix Dr. Chad Millers errors, problems, and issues that he caused for me. Don't waste your time and money on a doctor that doesnt givr a shit about his patients!!!
