Been very cautious and careful with the phone because I didn't want to shell out another hundred plus dollars to fix the screen again. I come back to the store and tell them it's a defective screen he begins to tell me I broke the screen again. The manager does not care about the customers or good quality service. Better off taking it to a reputable place not this place run by a bunch of morons. Wish there was a zero star rating I can give this place because it is that horrible of an experience I've had.

I wanted to see if they offered a senior discount, but I wasn't looking forward to the process, as I'm not tech saavy, and have had terrible luck in the past with customer service. That's when I met Sarah. She found discounts every step of the way. I paid $267.94 for a Deep Blue iPhone 17 (1 terabyte), screen protector, and clear case (itself on sale). Verizon financed $1610. I needed to save a fortune, and I did! Sarah made it all possible. I highly recommend this store.

I took my husband's PS5 here to have the HDMI port replaced. The replacement worked great at first,…read morebut eventually stopped working. Since it was under warranty, I brought it back and they "fixed" it. When my husband picked it up, he was told that if it happened again, it was likely due to something they supposedly couldn't be responsible for and we would have to pay more. We took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they confirmed the actual issue: the HDMI port had not been properly soldered to the motherboard. So the explanation we were given by this shop was simply not accurate. The original repair should have been done correctly the first time, and I'm disappointed that instead of taking responsibility, we were given an explanation that was not supported by the actual condition of the repair. I would recommend getting a second opinion before paying for another repair here.
