Later I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I agreed it was time. When I drove off the lot and made it home, I noticed I was missing a hubcap. I contacted Caesar and he said he would review the video and find out what happened. He called back quickly and said one had broken off during the rotation and thought I was made aware of this. My hearing isn't great so I may have missed it. Anyway, he said he would order new hubcaps for all four wheels! Wow. That was unexpected. So I'm grateful this kind of costumer service still exists. They changed the oil and some of the other fluids, advised I should get the shocks changed on the next visit but otherwise did not tack on anything else. My car drives great and was only charged $180. Had I attempted to have this done at a Honda dealer, it would been more than twice as much. This place doesn't look like much and a lot of their mechanics smoke (not in your car at least), but they seemed to do the job I asked without trying to cheat me and that's what counts. My truck is on a 12-inch lift with 42-inch tires, which basically means it's less of a truck and more of a mobile observation tower. Small children look at it the way people look at monster trucks at a county fair. Most oil change places take one look at it and suddenly say things like "our lift is down" or "we don't service... aircraft carriers." Not these guys. They walked out, looked up at the truck like they were inspecting a skyscraper, nodded, and got to work like it was a completely normal Tuesday. One of the techs climbed up there like a Navy SEAL scaling a building. Next thing I know, oil change done, no drama, no weird upsells, and nobody needed a ladder from Home Depot. Truck runs great, still sits high enough to change the weather pattern in Glendale, and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. UPDATE: I need to clarify several inaccuracies in the owner's response. I brought my vehicle to this shop for an oil change. During that visit, an employee attempted to remove the drain plug and informed me it had been damaged. I asked whether it could be repaired without making the issue worse, and I was told another shop could fix it and that customers are regularly referred there for this same issue. That referral came directly from the employee, not from me. The drain plug damage occurred while my vehicle was in this shop's care. Although the owner states that no service was completed during that visit, this was not my first oil change here. The damage occurred during a prior service performed by this business. As a customer, I should not be expected to inspect the underside of my vehicle after routine maintenance, nor would I fabricate this situation. This is why I requested accountability. Regarding the oil change interval, I was transparent about my driving circumstances and explained that I had added oil as needed until I could bring the vehicle in. This does not justify damage to the oil pan or remove responsibility for damage caused during service. The cost to resolve the issue was $100. My request was simply for the business to take responsibility for damage that occurred in their shop. Unfortunately, the conversation ended with a refusal to do so. When I left, a red light came on in my dashboard -- the same one the worker reset. Once I got home, I discovered the real issue: they completely forgot to put oil in my car. I went back the next day, and they admitted it by sending someone to my home to check -- the car had ZERO oil. Their "solution" was offering 3 free services... like I would ever return after that. Because they let me drive 7 miles with no oil, my engine got damaged. On September 15, 2025 my car overheated and I paid $600 out of pocket. When I tried to speak with the owner, he was rude and blamed my car for being "old," even though it had never given me problems before. By September 19 it was leaking oil and I had to pay another $700. At that point the car was basically ruined. I ended up having to give up a car a month ago. I loved my car and they ruined it. They never took responsibility. They ruined my vehicle. I absolutely do NOT recommend this shop. I am teaching the receipt and a video showing that the vehicle didn't had any oil with the date that I visited the shop.
