My brows were in terrible shape (literally ), but my Shobha esthetician worked her magic and completely transformed them. I left feeling like a new person! As you walk in your temperature is checked before you're directed to a sink to wash up. They practice strict covid precautions. I didn't have an appointment (it's recommended) but I waited less than the ten minutes Yulissa said it would be to have my facelift. (threaded 'brow) I heart the energy of this business. It's light, positive and even with their fiery aesthetics, it lends a calm that stays with you even as you walk out the door. I walked in and was helped immediately (by Zoe if I recall right) who had me fill out a form on an iPad since it was my first time there and then asked me what I wanted--which was just to clean up my brows & do some shaping/make it even on both sides.
