This has become a go-to lunch spot for my husband and I... we always get a steak burrito (him) and the carnitas tacos (me), with a side of chips and queso (don't skip the green sauce that comes with the queso, yum!). The bun was nice and toasty, and there was a perfect amount of toppings! Plenty but not so messy that you can't hold it together...everything is layered perfectly. The whole thing from top to bottom is just right! Loved the wavy fries with the homemade ranch for dipping. There is a selection of dipping sauces, but that ranch is great! The chili cheese fries were good, but I personally think the chili could use just a little more salt and seasonings. Just my taste. Fresh hand shredded cheese would take them to the next level, but that's just me! The fries themselves were perfectly browned, and overall it was a good pile of fries! I'd love to see some fresh brewed sweet tea on the menu, but the fountain drinks were actually really good...I rarely drink pop, but I'll gladly drink another Dr Pepper if need be! Service was friendly and accommodating, and our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time, especially considering they're still new! The place is super clean and roomy! Even the restroom. It's connected to the Roberts Centre and so is very convenient, especially during this hot and humid day. You don't even need to walk outdoors,, which is a huge relief because the heat outside was hitting us like the Human Torch's Nova blasts tbh. We were instantly seated at a quiet and comfy booth. The restaurant is very modern and spacious. Like Iron Man's tech and Stark Tower (okay, maybe not as tall). It has an automobile theme to it, so it's really fun! It honestly felt like we were just chilling right inside Tony Stark's personal garage with all his flashy cars. Lindsay was our server and was extremely friendly and fast and efficient. She checked on it us a couple of times and even had the check ready to go when our meals were served. She was basically zooming around the tables faster than Quicksilver. That's a good sign that the restaurant understands how busy conference goers can be. Of course, that was not to rush us at all, but it can always save time when you're going to be busy con conventions. She really had that Captain America level of tactical planning to keep things moving for us. I had the sirloin which was tender and moist. My partner had a fish and chips which were crispy and the fish was what's tender and flaky. Everything was cooked so perfectly it was almost like Scarlet Witch used some chaos magic in the kitchen to get the flavors exactly right. Maybe with a sprinkling of Doctor Strange magic too! Would definitely come back and may even head back later today!

I think we'll stick with those and pass on a future visit to Bones.
