I was fortunate enough that they were mtg me half way in my state with the truck. We met and I signed all of the paperwork and paid with cash. Very grateful up to this point. I was given a 30 day temp tag that eventually ran out. When I called the dealership to ask about it, I was told that I could continue to drive it. When I inquired about the possibility of getting pulled over and getting a ticket, they told me that they would pay for any tickets I got. Have never been told that before when purchasing a vehicle. I sent a text to the salesman on August 20th and was told that everything was in processing. Sept 14th I was told they had the title. Oct 11th I was told it was being held up in my state's DMV. Oct 21st my DMV said they have no paperwork at all in their possession. On top of all of this, I didn't receive any paperwork stating I had purchased the vehicle until this week. I've had this truck since 7/26/22 and have only driven it 30 days. The dealer warranty was for 90 days or 3,000 miles. How fair is that since I've only been able to drive it for 30 of those days and I know that I haven't gone past 3,000 miles. They could have made things better by at least giving me another temporary tag that would have made things somewhat better. Then I would of had at least 30 more days to enjoy the truck and see if there were any repairs that would have been covered. So I guess that I could drive it the next 5 days to see if anything is wrong. Good thing is that they will pay for my tickets that I may get. How fair is all of this? 3 months to get a title. Of course, the owner will respond to this by saying to call the dealership in which I will hear more excuses and no results. So if you are here looking for advice on their business, ask to see the title before purchasing anything from them.

Unfortunately I have to change my review to 1 star. I initially left a 5 star review after being…read morepressured by my salesman Max to do so only a few days after the sale. This seems to be a theme with them to generate a higher rating. So the good: The sale and loan process was super simple and easy. As was the delivery of the vehicle from NJ to NC. The car was delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. The bad, and there's a lot of it: Before signing the documents I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle other than the wheel scuff shown on the listing. I was told the car was perfect and there was no other issues. I was also told that the car had two keys and one key was going to be with the car when it was delivered and the other key was going to be mailed to me because it was in Florida for some reason. Long story short, 5 weeks later and still no second key despite 5 attempts on my part to have it sent to me. I spoke with Max, my salesman, Trevor, the finance manager, and left messages with the GM to no avail. I was told multiple times that it would be taken care of and they would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. The car was delivered to my house at nighttime and the next day I was able to inspect the car and drive it. There were 4 significant scratches on the car, the back two tires are completely bald (1/32" of tread), the front tires aren't much better (and have a giant gash in the sidewall), the windshield looks someone shot it with birdshot from a 12 gauge, the emergency parking brake light was flashing, and the service light was on saying it needed brake service (unrelated to the emergency brake light) as well. $165 at a dealership to clear the emergency brake light, $268 for the brake service, $1500 for new tires, and of course $450 for a second key to be made. If you've read this far, hopefully you'll think twice about buying here. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I think I've made my point.
