I had the pleasure of touring with Ms. Emily last week and I was really impressed. From the point of entry the office team welcomed me and made my inquiry a priority. I was able to tour on the same day. The apartment was nice and well maintained with amenities that were top notch. My only reason for not signing a lease was the commute to my new job. Thanks to all staff, especially Emily for the experience. read more

I've lived here for about 6 months now and was just informed that a dog -- which looks like a bully/pitbull breed -- attacked another dog and its owner at the dog park here. Then someone else came forward and said that SAME dog bit them and their dog last year. I actually went to the dog park a few days ago and saw the owner there with their vicious dog! I cannot believe the dog is still here, walking around the complex and using the dog park like it didn't just cause another dog to need stitches in its throat, while the owner was bitten trying to stop it. Absolutely NO action has been taken by management. Animal Control said the bite victims must report it themselves -- but management has known about this since day one and has done nothing. If you have children or pets, be aware: your safety is not a priority here. read more

Bad management if you're a manager of this complete your job is at least once a week walk all the buildings and see something that is not right talk to the neighbors check the green areas check the trash but the manager just sit on her desk and she doesn't do anything nobody likes her I talk to several people who live in that complex nobody likes her she's not doing her job correctly if I was the manager I will walk the areas once a week at least every hallway every building my friend she is paying for pest control and they have never fumigate her apartment shame on the management, such a beautiful place but I do not recommend living there it's a mess the hallways the trash everything. read more

Broadstone Jordan Ranch is a new community. The apartments are beautiful. The list rent amount is the base rent and does not include other fees. You should add a minimum of $200 to the listed rent amount. The office staff is very nice. However, they need to keep their word. We were told we would receive a $500 gift card 30 days after the first month. We have been in the apartment since September and have been told multiple times that we are on a list waiting for upper-level management to release the gift cards. I will not recommend this complex because of the underhanded tactics of being very nice until the lease is signed. read more

If you're looking for luxury, value, and great customer service you've found it at Broadstone Jordan Ranch. I have NEVER seen any community with amenities as nice as the ones BJR has. The pool and surrounding area is stunning, and the fitness center is huge and full of the latest equipment. The property has a range of floorplans that can suit any lifestyle and the office and maintenance team do their best for residents and the property, which I find most important when looking somewhere to live. read more

I wish I moved here first when I got here in TX. If it wasn't for me moving to Florida I would continue living here. You have everything near by, gas station, Mcdonalds, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Burger King, Orlando's Pizzeria, Brookshire Brothers supermarket, Taco stands, Popeyes, subway, churches chicken, etc. I recommend this place to everyone.

Everything looks like new. I think the job took longer than Jesus anticipated (approx. 2 full work days), but the quality stayed consistent and he performed everything as quoted and went back and touched up the areas he said he would. Jesus was quick to respond to calls and e-mail, was flexible to work with our schedule and the weather and arrived each day in the window agreed upon.

Since living here, Alejandro, Kelia, Lauren, and Ren to name a few have been grade A in helpfulness, approachability, and overall genuine demeanor. The amenities provided here are just what my wife and I were looking for, ranging from an always clean fitness center to a clubhouse with an attractive and well maintained pool area. The entire complex boasts quality finishes and modern conveniences, creating an ambiance of sophistication and comfort. I have been keeping an eye on these apartments since they started building them because they are the best in this new area, their location is perfect for taking the I10 highway and on the main Texas Heritage PkwyThe person who attended us was very friendly, Alejandro, and he adapted to our needs and in the time we needed him. Touring with Jenn was such a great experience, this young lady was incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish! She answered all of my questions thoroughly, took the time to show me every amenity the community has to offer, and made sure to highlight all the key features that matter most.
