I hired Brendan to clean the awning over my deck and to clean my fence and power wash my driveway…read moreand put new sand there. He used bleach on my awning without my approval and I have spots all over my deck and my railings! He did not tell me that he was going to use bleach. You can't use bleach on ipe wood. I had my awning cleaned by a few other companies in the past and they never left splotches on my deck. Brendan also didn't clean my fence. He only cleaned the gates and told me that I never asked him to clean the fence. Brendan was very, very nasty when I questioned him. He told me that the way to solve this is for me to pay him more money for him to try to clean my deck. If I wanted my deck cleaned I would have hired him to clean it. He is refusing to come back to put sand in my driveway as well. Now I have to pay to put in a brand new deck because there is no way to get out bleach stains on my deck and make it look uniform and even. My deck looks absolutely awful the way he left it. Brendan also somehow got yellow marks all over my awning. The pictures do not show how bad my deck and awning actually look. Brendan does not know what he's doing and he's a very nasty guy. I'm only posting this review to warn other people not to use him.
