Help was offered as…read moresoon as I walked in the door and the employee immediately got to work after quickly diagnosing the issue. He told me it wouldn't be perfect since it is a very affordable bass and that I could purchase a full set up, but that it'd probably be a better investment to put that cost toward an instrument upgrade down the line instead. After a few minutes of adjustments, I was offered a cable to hook up to one of the in store amps to try it out. SO much of an improvement! I wasn't even charged for the service. I wanted to look at gig bags afterward but noticed they seemed to all be in an employee only area. A staff member almost immediately noticed me and showed me their options. When I said I'd do some more shopping around and would keep theirs in mind, there was absolutely 0 pressure to try to make a sale. The customer service was fantastic and felt very genuine--no pushing to make a sale or upsell something I didn't really need. Especially as a beginner who wouldn't necessarily know better, it's so valuable to feel like the person helping you actually cares about your best interest as opposed to just making a sale. Super happy with my experience and I'll definitely be back in the future for any of my musical needs!

I'm really happy with my purchase, it was a great value, and it feels even better knowing I took the time to try different instruments before deciding. The staff has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured to buy something, and they were happy to answer my questions and let me take my time figuring out what felt right. That made a huge difference as someone who wanted to make sure I was choosing an instrument I would actually enjoy playing. One thing I really appreciate is that you can use one of their practice rooms to try out instruments. If you're serious about buying, being able to actually sit down and play before committing is such a nice option. Great people, helpful service. I'm very happy I found my violin here, and if another instrument catches my eye in the future, I already know where I'll be looking first.

I went here since it was the one recommended by the school. I was met with a friendly and knowledgable staff. He gave me all information I needed regarding price, rent to buy and instrument information. There was no hard sell and they have both new and used instruments for rent. They do have a credit check and standard forms to fill out if you're renting an instrument. He said if you purchase the instrument, you get full rental fee credit if you purchase within 6 months and 50% credit after. I appreciated that he could answer all my questions. I had to come back because the credit check guy wasn't available but no biggie. I looked around the store, it was very clean, well kept and the other customers in the store were getting equally helpful service. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy or rent an instrument.
