Their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have a question, I get a prompt, knowledgeable response, and I always feel like a valued customer rather than just another policy number. What really sets this agency apart is that every year, before my policies renew, someone from their team re-shops my coverage with multiple insurance carriers to see if they can find me better rates or additional savings. They then take the time to call and explain my options. In my experience, that's a level of proactive service that's hard to find with other insurance agencies. Thank you to Karen Ehlers Insurance Agency for consistently going above and beyond. After more than 15 years, I can confidently say they are the best insurance agency in Montgomery County. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and exceptional service. Call them at 936-828-2503 and you can thank me later.

Serving the Conroe, TX area since 2022, I can help you understand your coverage options so you can protect what matters most to you. Choose coverage for your lifestyle with the new Farmers Flex℠ Personal Home policy and get the quality coverage you want. With a Farmers Flex℠ Personal Home policy, choose coverages and options you want for your home and personal property. Start by choosing one of three standard coverage levels - Standard, Enhanced, or Premier. I can help you understand your options for insuring your home and personal property. Dwelling coverage helps pays for damage to the structure itself caused by sudden, accidental events like fire, wind, lightning, falling objects and vandalism. This is the coverage homeowners generally think of first when selecting insurance. Personal Property coverage is for personal property you own, or even just use. I'm talking about items from furniture and electronics to pots and pans to lawnmowers and garden tools. If these items are lost or destroyed by a covered event, your policy can help if you need to replace them. The third component of your home policy is liability coverage. It can provide coverage to help you in case you're financially responsible for injury to others or damage to their property if covered under the policy. This coverage extends beyond your home and in fact follows you anywhere in the world.
