After completing I sent an email to ensure the order was done right (we had a deadline and I had redone the order at least 7 times but probably closer to 10). I was sent back an email with some tiny generic icons telling me the packages ordered but not showing a preview...perhaps it showed on the photographer's end. I emailed back to let him know I could not see images. He did not reply. I got the pictures back and of course my son's order was doubled and I did not get a package for my daughter. I had specifically said in my email I wanted a package with my daughter and a different package with my son. I have now sent 3 or 4 emails to ask him to contact me and have not had any contact. I emailed back in June and it is now Aug. My daughter is heartbroken and doesn't know why I can't just order more. I should not have to pay for her photos twice. The program to order is glitchy and the customer service is non-existent even after I pre-emptively sent an email to try to avoid the issues we had.

We are so lucky to have a ton of great photos - memories to last a life time. But there is so much more to love about Gavin. We got married in Sun Peaks, but we were from out of town Gavin took the time to meet us before the wedding, and got an understanding of who we were as a couple. This really showed in our photos - he and his wife Jordan were able to capture shots that really suited our personality, and this meant a lot. Gavin and Jordan were so easy to work with they kept it light and fun on the wedding day, and kept us smiling all evening - he even got some great photos of this un-photogenic guy! Gavin was always quick to answer questions, came up with a great plan for our wedding, and executed it flawlessly, honestly cannot say enough great things, he is a must-hire!
