Christine in the Grizzly office was fantastic with communication and answering any questions we had. After spending endless time researching turf options on Yelp and Google, we finally decided to…read morereach out to Grizzly Outdoor for our ~800 sq ft backyard--and we couldn't be happier with our decision! Right from the start, working with Jeremy was a breath of fresh air. He came out for our consultation, walked us through everything with total clarity, and was remarkably honest. Instead of trying to upsell us, he focused strictly on what was necessary for our space. Since we needed a pet-friendly setup, he made sure the turf was properly treated with a specialized pet solution to keep everything clean and fresh, and he gave us a very fair quote. The scheduling process was seamless, and they accommodated a Saturday installation. I was home to watch the crew work, and their dedication was incredible to see. They didn't just lay the turf--they crafted custom edging around the whole 800 sq ft area and even installed a drip line along our privacy trees to keep our landscaping thriving. Looking at and walking on the finished turf, we were truly blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. If you're planning an outdoor project, do yourself a favor and give Grizzly Outdoor a call. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Work and Professional Team - Highly Recommended!…read more I'm very happy with the results and with the warranty on both the product and the installation. The workers were excellent--true professionals. I believe quality can only be achieved in a clean workspace, and they made sure to clean the entire area at every stage of the installation. Miguel was very informative, providing great details and excellent suggestions on how to make the edge of the artificial grass look best next to my neighbor's yard. The installation was completed in a reasonable time, with great attention to detail around the water meters and internet service boxes on the sidewalk--it all looks very professional. The concrete and grass levels are perfectly even, with a smooth curve finish. Highly recommended--100%!

Our original plan included the front yard, backyard, and curbside. After discussing our budget, we decided to complete only the front and backyard for now and save the curbside for later. What really impressed us was that Phillip told us he would honor the same quoted price whenever we're ready to finish the curbside. I've honestly never had a business make that kind of commitment, and it speaks volumes about his integrity and customer-first approach. The installation crew of three was outstanding. They were professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly throughout the project. We have a young son who was fascinated watching them work every day. The crew was so kind and patient with him that he ended up becoming their biggest fan--he kept bringing them water, snacks, and even ice cream each day because he enjoyed having them around so much! The finished turf looks amazing, and we're very happy with the quality of the work. If you're looking for a company that's honest, fairly priced, does excellent work, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Phillip and his team. We'll definitely be calling him back when we're ready to complete the curbside.
