I couldn't recommend TurfClean more! They helped me relay turf that had to be temporarily lifted (to put in a gate), and the cleaning is great. My kids feet aren't black anymore after running on the turf! They also repaired a burn spot in my front yard due to a kid putting a sparkler on the grass. Having four pets, our turf odor was extremely bad. The odor was so bad we could not enjoy sitting outside in the backyard. Thankfully we entrusted TurfClean and it came out amazing. Our overall experience with TurfClean was positive. Jordan was extremely kind and responsive. We had a fairly small (in my opinion) area to clean and Jordan was done in about 2 hours. I did not really shop around for pricing, but the pricing seemed fair for the amount of work included. We wanted to get the turf cleaned because we are selling our home and wanted the turf to look great for the open house on the weekend. I just had spent time power-washing our pavers the day before, and the seeds blown out of our turf during Jordan's cleaning process were all over our pavers and completely filled the gaps between the pavers that I had just cleaned out. I wish the company used a vacuum on the turf instead of a power blower, because while our turf was clean, it created a whole other clean up project in the back yard. Had I know that the debris left over on the pavers from cleaning the turf were going to be left behind, I would have saved the money and just spot cleaned the areas on the turf that needed it. There was also a strip of turf running along our back wall that was not touched at all. Jordan had pointed out that some areas of turf may have been too narrow to get the big cleaning machine on it, but he was able to make it work. So I understand for this area that was even more narrow that he wouldn't have been able to run the machine over it, but it would have been nice to have blown the debris off of it so it looked like the rest of the turf. I had to leave before Jordan finished his work, my mother-in-law was at the house to wrap up payment. Jordan mentioned before I left that he was almost finished, just had to clean up the debris on the patio and he would be done. So, I did have an expectation that our patio would be back to the state it was in when he arrived. Which, again, I had just power-cleaned it the day before, so the mess left behind was noticeable. That being said, Jordan and the other staff members were very kind and pleasant to work with. read more

Jordan was very responsive and easy to work with. He was honest about the benefits and limitations of the service. For example, he told me that the pet odor probably would come back after a week or two because we have landscape fabric under our turf. Which is great for keeping down weeds but not great for drainage of pet urine etc. I chose to go forward with the service anyway, because I liked knowing that at least the bacteria was eliminated and the turf was clean, even though the smell did come back as he had warned. read more

The turf in my backyard has really bad odor because of the dogs pee. We have tried to clean it several times with no success.
