First of all- Jason and Rose are a delightful couple who run the business. They got me in right away to fix a broken part of my car's exterior. They were extremely friendly and suggested places for me to go while I wait for the car to finish. I was even offered a ride to the mall, which I declined because I wanted to walk. Once the part was fixed, I was picked up from my destination. The car looked great and I couldn't believe how quick and how good of a job they did. To top it all off, Jason and Rose gave me Italian peaches as a parting gift. They were friendly and helpful over the phone, understood my urgency and made time to inspect and diagnose my issue in very short order. They get my truck running enough to get me home (back over the Coquihala to Vancouver Island) without major issues. They identified the larger issue that couldn't be dealt with in my time frame, addressed what they could to make sure i got home, and also avoided me spending extra money that i didn't need to spend. to be honest they could have milked this for a bunch of stuff i didn't need, but they were honest and helpful, answered all my endless questions (thank you Enzo!) made sure i understood all my options. i would for sure recommend them to anyone needing help in a pinch.
