This is my own personal experience so don't let my review falter you from reaching out. I reached…read moreout for a dented rim repair as shown in my photos. The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

Definitely the cheapest tires in town -- no question. That's…read morenot my complaint. My complaint is the complete lack of competence. I asked them to replace one of my beadlock tires that I'd slashed off-roading, and since the tire was already coming off the wheel, I asked them to add Counteract balancing beads. Simple. When they finally told me the truck was ready (after waiting way too long for one tire), I went out in the rain to check it -- and the tire was the same exact tire I'd brought in, same cut and all. They had literally thrown the beads into the old, damaged tire and remounted it. I pointed it out. They apologized. I asked them, for the trouble, to go ahead and put the Counteract beads in the other three tires and said I'd pay them $100 for the work. They agreed. But the Counteract bags come with the vortex valve core, cap, and flow-through valve -- all needed for the system to work properly. They threw those parts away and didn't install any of them. The next morning I checked and confirmed none of the proper components were installed. And here's the kicker: they somehow lost three of the four valve caps from my Bronco Raptor. They replaced them with tiny, cheap caps that barely cover the tip of the valve stem. On a Raptor that goes off-road -- dirt, water, mud, everything flying up -- you need the full-size caps to protect the valve assembly. Now I'm rolling around with three undersized caps and one original, because they misplaced the rest. Just unreal. I drove away, the truck shook like crazy -- obviously not balanced -- because these guys have no idea how to balance beadlock wheels. I went back, they scrambled for nearly an hour trying to find the pieces they tossed. One of the guys, Jorge Salinas, gave me his cell number and said he'd get the missing parts in a day or two. It's been days. Haven't heard a thing. Don't expect to. At this point, they can keep the parts they threw away. I'll just remount and balance the tires myself properly. Bottom line: You get what you pay for. These guys do not know how to balance beadlock wheels, and in my opinion have no business doing suspension work, lift kits, or anything requiring actual skill or precision. This was easily the most incompetent tire shop I've dealt with in Southern California. If you care about your vehicle, steer clear -- because whatever you get done here, you'll probably end up paying someone competent to redo later.

Anyone who knows me knows thats "the end of the world".....so I had to get rid of them eyesores ASAP. Anyway, they responded to my inquiry right away and provided a quote after I sent some photos. Price was reasonable...$255 for 2 wheels~normally $160 for one. They gave me a mini discount because my second wheel was not too bad. Guy came out and was flexible enough to meet me on some random street near where I was volunteering at. So basically while I volunteered, he fixed my wheels...talk about multitasking lol. When my wheels were done he texted me~maybe took an hour or two? Now let me tell you~my wheels were back to their original look...couldn't even tell where the damage was! They did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again! Cheap & efficient!

These guys lost any chance at my business right from the jump with their arrogant,…read morecustomer-unfriendly approach. I sent in my photos and details on Monday. It took them 3 full days to get back to me radio silence until Thursday afternoon around 4:45 PM. Then, out of nowhere, they demanded a deposit within 15 minutes (had to pay by 5:00 PM that same day) or I'd lose my appointment slot for Friday. I was stuck in rush-hour traffic in Los Angeles no way I could handle that on the spot without risking everything. You make a potential customer wait 3 full days for a response, then hit them with an impossible 15-minute ultimatum during peak traffic hours? That's not customer service; that's pure arrogance. They used the $50 deposit to lose a customer instead of giving time or more options to pay since I waited 3 full days to even be contacted. You don't build long-term value by treating people like this. You make your money from repeat business and referrals, not one rushed sale that alienates everyone. All this did was guarantee I'll never come back and actively pushed me straight to your competitor, which turned out to be a way better experience. He was responsive, professional, no pressure tactics. All anyone has to do is look on Yelp: the guy who is second with 718 five-star reviews is the one to go to. There's a reason you multiple accounts with reviews: the inconsistency shows. One bad interaction like this costs you a customer forever and now a negative review that future people will see. How you treat people matters just as much as (if not more than) the product or service. This experience screamed "we don't value you until you pay," and it backfired spectacularly. I wouldn't choose this brand even if the work was top-tier. Think hard about pushing rushed deposits on people you've barely spoken to, reviews matter, and this one is loud. 1/5 stars. Steer clear if you value basic respect, reasonable communication, and some flexibility after making customers wait days.
